KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, featuring brand-new appliances, a dishwasher, and a variety of coffee-making options—including a Keurig with K-Cups, an electric kettle, and a French press. You’ll also find a rice cooker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and essential cooking staples like oils and spices.

BEDROOMS
Designed for ultimate comfort, each bedroom features high-quality linens, luxury Helix mattresses, and thoughtful amenities.

Bedroom One: Two luxury Helix mattresses, gel memory foam and down alternative pillows, blackout curtains, charging adapters, extra blankets, and a sliding door leading to the covered patio.

Bedroom Two: Luxury Helix mattress, gel memory foam and down alternative pillows, closet space with hangers and shelving, and extra blankets.

BATHROOM

GENERAL AMENITIES
Stay connected and comfortable with complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, extra linens, towels, beach/hot tub towels, a first aid kit, and a seamless contactless check-in process.

PARKING
A dedicated parking strip offers free parking for two vehicles, ensuring hassle-free access throughout your stay.

ACCESSIBILITY
This home is designed for easy accessibility with no steps or stairs at the entrance and a single-level layout. The walk-in shower is also step-free for added convenience.

Fees & Pricing
♦Nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. Additional guests are charged per person, per night (max occupancy: 8). Unauthorized guests will incur a $250 fee per night.
♦Stays beyond 15 nights require mid-stay cleaning every two weeks. The cleaning fee applies to each mid-stay cleaning.
♦Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Reminders
♦Long-term stays are welcome, but bookings must be made in 28-day segments.
♦Please be mindful of what goes down the drains and only flush toilet paper.
♦Do not rearrange furniture.
♦Travel plans can change—trip insurance is recommended!

Hot Tub
To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, please shower before using the hot tub. The spa is not designed to break down lotions, oils, or perfumes, as these can impact the filtration system. Excessive cleaning beyond standard maintenance may result in an additional fee.

Guest access
Guests will be provided a unique four-digit code to access the home. The code is changed after each stay for peace of mind, and provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note
The space is located on the first level of a two-story home, with a respectful and quiet tenant residing upstairs. While the ceiling is insulated with soundproof material and double layer drywall to minimize noise transfer, we still ask that you be courteous and adhere to the house rules and quiet hours. Previous guests have not experienced any noise issues, but please notify the host if you have any concerns.

House Rules
AGE RESTRICTION
Guests must be at least 28 years old to make a reservation (we reserve the right to verify IDs during the stay). All guest profiles must be listed on the reservation except minors who will be with their parent/guardian during the stay. Guest should have a positive history. Only registered guests are permitted. If the person who made the booking is underage, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.

PARTIES/EVENTS
Parties, events, pets, illegal substances, and smoking are not allowed in or on the property. This Property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and not suited for loud groups or parties. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

INDOOR
Please do not wear shoes in the home, and do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds.
Please keep heaters clear of anything (minimum of three feet).

ISSUES
Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage.
We reserve the right to inspect and service the Property during your stay, including, but not limited to landscaping services, etc.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hour is from 10PM to 8AM
Noise monitoring devices are also installed to comply with county regulations. These devices do not record audio but will trigger if noise exceeds 80 decibels during the day or 70 decibels during quiet hours.
Failure to follow the rules will incur a $500 charge for the 1st violation and termination of reservation for the 2nd violation without refund

PET RULES
Pets are not allowed.
Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the property
Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

UNAUTHORIZED GUEST/S
Please follow the maximum capacity of the unit. The number of the guest in the listing page includes the visitor as maximum capacity of the listing.
Please inform us if you will have a visitor.
Unauthorized guest stay will incur to $250/head.

Check-In: 4PM-9PM
Checkout: 10AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur fees. We’ll do our best to fulfill these requests based on our operational capacity.
Unauthorized late checkout will incur $200 fee.

HOT TUB
All hot tub rules must be followed and can be found in the Guidebook. Hot tub and Patio is only for use from 8am-10pm.
Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.

Repeated violations of house rules may lead to the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Guest access is restricted to the lower level of the property. Please avoid going up the stairs located on the southwest corner of the patio near the barbecue. For your safety, external security cameras are installed; please do not tamper with them.

Superb!

We booked this place for family vacation. The location is convenient. Some grocery stores nearby & half an hour drive to Downtown Seattle. Everything you need, you can find in this place. So you can pack light. Lane is very responsive!

AWESOME!

This is a fantastic rental. We were five adults (husband, wife, three adult children) and were all so impressed with the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the unit. Absolutely everything you could need is provided, including bathroom/shower items, as well as basic necessities for cooking some meals. There was a Keurig with a nice assortment of pods, and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the very private patio. Beds were super comfy, air conditioning worked very well. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lane immediately answered any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this stay 100%. We hope to stay again on our next trip to visit our daughter in Seattle.

Just what we needed!

We were looking for a spot to celebrate our daughters birthday, and we truly had a great time in this place. We were initially nervous about the list of rules, but found both Lane and the rental to be great to work with. Obvious thought went into the selection and placement of everything in the space (charging cords with multiple adapters all through the house, ziplock bags and cling wrap, sunscreen, and the coziest of blankets throughout). I may be a penny pincher to a fault, but I don’t regret a dollar of what we spent making great memories this weekend. You won’t be disappointed.
