It is located inside the gated community of Punta San Francisco. This beautiful neighborhood of luxury houses is 1 block away from the ocean. It's located near Tamarindo point and has easy access to both Tamarindo and Langosta Beach.



Our concierge team is available through messaging apps, email, or phone to assist you with every aspect of your trip.



Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.

There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

You will have access to the entire property.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

Our property has free parking for at least 1 vehicle.

Book through us for special rates on car rentals, ATVs, and airport shuttles.

To arrange airport shuttles please send us your flight information and the number of passengers. Car rentals at special prices can also be arranged by us.

Fabulous family vacation spot! The house was perfect for a family of six. Spacious and extremely clean. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend using RPM for excursions and transportation needs.

The house was great! Lola was very quick to reply and arrange some excellent tours. We had one issue when the air conditioning stopped working and someone came out within 20 minutes and fixed it. Would definitely recommend.

The home is a few steps from the beach (direct private access from the residential). It has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Private pool, garage, and free membership with the Langosta Beach Club as an extra value! Nicely decorated, fully furnished, and equipped for up to 8 guests. Perfect for large families or small groups.

Thank you for the nice 5-star review about Casa Dos Playas. This property is located right between Tamarindo and Langosta, a few steps from the beach, in a secluded residential. The house itself is great for large families and or friends. It has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms. The living and kitchen areas in the same room are great to spend time together. The house is very bright, has nice furniture and decorations with a great outside patio, room to park a car and a private pool.

This home was perfectly located near the beach and a quick golf cart ride to the Lagosta Beach Club. We frequent at the beach club and enjoyed the pool, food, beverages, and even exercise facility. The house amenities were perfect for a family of seven and there was plenty of room for all of us, enjoying the pool and outdoor dining.We would definitely stay in this home in Tamarindo again!

This is the place for pura vida

The house and the location was perfect. We have to give a shout out to the concierge service (especially Lola). She was very helpful and booked us some great excursions. We did rent a golf cart, which we are glad that we did. Overall, an outstanding vacation.

Great vacation property!

Great property for our two families! Loved the indoor/ outdoor space, pool, golf cart and accessibility to beaches and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing with a short walk to the beach for lovely sunsets. Golf cart / 10 minute walk to Beach Club and beautiful sandy beach. Had some great dinners at Dragonfly, El Sapo Pizza, Tropic.

Beautiful House and Highly Recommend

We just finished a stay with our family of six and had a wonderful time, really enjoying the house. The house is just like the pictures, only better. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, and shops and restaurants are nearby. If you want to go a little further, you can rent a scooter or a golf cart. Beach access is close via the beach club, and the service and food there were great.

You have a direct access ot the beach from the residential, short distance to Tamarindo and also a free membership with the Langosta Becah Club where you can use their pool, beach chairs, and gym amenities. There is also a bar and restaurant overthere. The house is nicely frrnished and decorated and comes fully equipped for up to 8 people. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Tamarindo Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Dos Playas. Quick access by foot to what often felt like a private beach was excellent. We walked the beach all the way to restaurants a few times. The proximity to everything was perfect and the quiet neighborhood made the evenings enjoyable. We Highly recommend this property to other families.

Beautiful villa in great location

The villa is beautiful and well laid out to comfortably accomodate an extended family in 4 comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful outdoor space and small pool made for comfortable lounging. Location close to beach access allowed us to enjoy the beaches and spectacular sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Dos Playas! The house is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. The location was great with easy access to the beaches via a golf cart. Our group of adults and teen boys really loved it.

Exceptional property for wonderful stay in Tamarindo!

The property is beautiful, new, and just as described. Very clean. Quiet area. Supported wonderfully by Lola and her team at RPM. Short ( 5 Min) walk to two beautiful beaches. Golf cart gets you around Tamarindo. Only a 30 minute walk (via beach or street) to the heart of Tamarindo shopping and restaurants.Great stay. Will stay here again.

Communication with Lola the manager was great, however she was not present. Here are somethings I wish I knew before booking. - there were no beach chairs or umbrellas in the house for guests to use- the pool gets sun only until about 2pm and the shallow sunbathing area of the pool never gets sun- the pool loungers aren’t in great condition- the wood pool deck gets very hot in the sun and very slippery when wet. If you’re planing on staying with small children this could be an issue. - the outside dining area is great but once it’s dark there is not enough light to enjoy dinner out there. A few rechargeable table lights would be great to have. - one of the three bedrooms had ants We had a nice stay in the house and it’s in a nice quiet area but we will not be returning.

Thank you for your honest feedback Sharon. Casa Dos Playas is one of our most popular rental homes, perfect for families. It is walking distance to both Tamarindo Beach and Langosta Beach. It has a beautiful private pool with amazing outdoor living area, perfect for entertaining. We manage over 120 properties in the area and we only offer self-check in for all. The listing does not state that there are beach chairs or umbrellas at the home. Sometimes guests purchase these items and leave them behind for others to use which is a huge plus if you're lucky!

Just as advertised

Super nice house that is just like the photos. The neighborhood is gated and manned 24/7. The golf cart was super fun to take into town and out to dinner. Easy walking access to two beaches and the Langosta Beach Club was a hit for nice days at the beach. Only quirk - if you follow GPS coordinates in check-in email they will lead you next to the house but outside the community. You need to go thru the guard gate at Punta San Francisco to reach the house.

Tamarindo stay

We stayed at Casa Dos Playas in May 2025. The house was centrally located and very well appointed. The concierge was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house hot water system is under sized for a four bedroom. We had 8 people in our party, and most people took cold showers. Very annoying! Although we did bring this to the attention of management, this seems to be a design flaw in the water system engineering.

Dos Playas

We loved the house and neighborhood. Very safe and beautiful gated community with easy access to the beach. Great areas to hang out in the home and out by the pool. We stayed with our 4 children. My husband and I had the master, two of our children had their own rooms, and two shared a room with a king-sized bed. The home also came with a golf cart, which made getting around the town really easy. We'd recommend eating at the nearby Bistro Langosta - delicious food and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The pizza at El Sapo down the street from Bistro Langosta was also really good. We also recommend Little Lucha for amazing tacos (5-10 minutes away in the city center). A small grocery store is just a few minutes away on the golf cart. The home also comes with access to the Langosta Beach Club, which provides a great place to hang out on the beach, work out, or take surf lessons.

We traveled to Tamarindo with three teenagers for Spring Break. We were happy that the house was exactly as desribed. The furnitture and rooms were in great shape. The kitchen was well appointed. Rhe washer/dryer are new. The golf cart worked great and is a must have for the area. The pool water was pristine. The management company was incredibly responsive and communicative - letting us know when the pool was being cleaned and when the house was to get its mid week clean. Overall, this house is very plug-n-play ready. We will rent it again. We had not been to Tamarido since prior to covid. It has grown, but has also remained very mich the same. There are more small markets with better food options and all are very US friendly. Many roads are now paved and there are more restaurant options. Restaurants can be pretty expensive - think NYC prices for tourist spots. A few nights, we opted to cook in. There is a great searood hut on the beach just past Chringito bar -- go to the bar to watvh the sunset, then you can grab a kilo of frozen-fresh tuna/mahi/or shrimp for USD $20 to cook up somenseafood tacos at the house.
