I would highly recommend this condo for anyone with a larger group. The views were phenomenal. Brian (Owner) and Elsie (Property Manager) were so responsive throughout our stay. We had problems with an AC unit and they expiated a team to fix the unit.

Beautiful property. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We preferred to drive to the beach bc it is quite hilly. But without those hills you don’t get the gorgeous views!

Great Vacation!

The house and location were great! Quick drive to beach, stores and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the beach downhill, however a steep climb to get back home. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed our holiday!

Beautiful home with the most amazing views of the water from both balconies. Secure neighborhood. Private pool shared with the 5 neighboring units was a huge hit for afternoon family swims!

Our trip exceeded expectations. Attentive host. Easy check-in and check-out.Howler monkeys greeting us from the trees in the afternoon.Sweeping breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean at sunrise and sunset.Steps to town and the beach.Safe and secure private community.Our family had a memorable experience and will return.Thank you Brian.

Great spot in Tamarindo

The house was excellent! About a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk into town/to the beach (although there is a steep hill) which was just about perfect for us to be close enough that it wasn't a hassle but a little bit outside of the hustle and bustle that it was still quiet. The house and the view were gorgeous didn't mind staying in the living room and just looking out the window as a spot to just relax. Keypad on the front door was super convenient to not worry about keys and any one person could go do their own thing without having to coordinate makes for a convenient beach experience! Rooms were clean and spacious loved the overall vibe and aesthetic of the house. Really enjoyed my time here

Thanks for your excellent review, Thomas, and for being our first vacation rental customer. You don’t get amazing views by being at sea level so, yes, we are perched on a hillside but, unlike many other Tamarindo properties with great views, we are easily walkable down paved streets to the beach. Walking back to the condo will be uphill, but the slope is very manageable.

Simply Fabulous

Beautiful property with stunning views. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants (walking back was bit harder due to the steep uphill) or a 2 minute drive. Condo is well maintained with high quality furnishings, nice linen, and beautiful dinnerware and glassware. There was more than enough supplies of towels, beach towels, pillows and other supplies. Host, Brian, went out his way to made our stay comfortable. We traveled with an infant. He bought a pack and play playpen for the baby. Pool and BBQ is much closer than it seems in the pics. Pool area is very nice with covered area next to the pool. We enjoyed BBQ one day there. Having each bedroom with an attached full bathroom was perfect for each couple. Master bedroom has two closets and a spacious bathroom. Both balconies, outside the living area and outside the master bedroom, have nice furniture to relax in the morning or enjoy a sunset.I will highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

Perfect location if you want safe, quiet, and still walkable to Tamarindo. Gated community with a guardhouse with friendly guards. We were a family of four, but this townhouse could have easily held six. Everything was very well maintained, and everything to get started was provided. Just hit the grocery store, which is less than a mile away and you are all set. We used the Bar B Q by the pool a few times, used the pool every day, and there were the occasional visits from the monkeys. Washer and dryer were great and the evening ping pong matches were fun. All in all a perfect find on VRBO, I’d highly recommend this rental.

This property is absolutely beautiful, boasting stunning views, plenty of space, and an amazing outdoor pool area. Our family of 12 felt right at home! Rafa, the concierge, met us at check-in and made us feel like true VIPs, while Lianeth took incredible care of us and the house. Every day, she spoiled us with a traditional Costa Rican breakfast, clean towels, and afternoon appetizers and cocktails! Rafa’s communication was also top-notch, and he even helped us book a last-minute zipline tour for our entire group.Just keep in mind that the property is very steep, both on the driveway approach and within the house itself. I wouldn't recommend this stay for anyone who struggles with stairs. We rented golf carts to get around, and I would definitely recommend it for this location!
