Welcome to your dream retreat! This stunning ground-floor condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two beautifully appointed bathrooms, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups. Recently remodeled, the unit features a modern kitchen adorned with elegant quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, ensuring a delightful cooking experience. The dining area comfortably seats six, while the inviting living room is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, showcasing a KING Sleep Number adjustable bed for personalized comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, providing ample entertainment options for everyone. Additional conveniences include a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer, new paint, and stylish furniture throughout.

Step outside to your private screened patio, where you can unwind while overlooking the serene community pool and tranquil pond, complete with a fountain and walking path. Enjoy seamless connectivity with WiFi available in both the unit and the clubhouse. Parking is a breeze with reserved spots right in front of the unit, plus two visitor parking passes to accommodate your guests. To make your beach days even more enjoyable, this condo comes with two beach chairs and four beach towels.

Impressive, as expected

We always love our stay at Seaside at Anastasia and this was the best overall unit we have stayed in at this resort. Unit is stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach. I highly recommend!

challenge with check-in, otherwise perfect.

This unit is great, nicely renovated, stocked with everything you need, including for the beach (towels, chairs, cooler bags, and beach wagon). The location is also ideal for St. Augustine beach, walkable to several public beach entrances, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and donuts. The unit also comes with a parking spot and two extra parking passes, which was particularly useful for us, as my daughter who lives in St. Augustine, stayed with us and was able to park at the unit. The only issue we had was with check in. The code and directions we received by the property manager were incorrect or invalid. We called but there was no one on site—the number goes to an answering service who then reaches out to to the property management company to try to connect with someone to resolve the issue. This is the last thing you want to deal with after traveling all day, but the answering service and property management representative were both super kind, apologetic, and got the issue resolved and within a couple of hours. Once we got in, everything was GREAT! It seems there was a mix up somewhere, and I don't anticipate this being a recurring issue. We'll definitely be back and would stay in this unit again.

Comfortable condo

My family had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was clean, nicely furnished and had anything we needed all week! It’s a great location to the pool and pretty view of the pond and fountain. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo and great area close to the beach.

The property was very nice. A little disappointed in the neighbors who were sitting on their screened-in porch smoking weed and talking very loudly until after 1:00 am most nights. They were also smoking cigarettes outside our front door every evening.

Perfect location! Beautiful home!

This condo was sparkling clean and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen. Location was perfect for walking to the beach/pier/pavilion, and several good restaurants. Quick drive to downtown St Augustine. Reserved parking right outside the condo door was nice to have. The view of the lake with fountain was beautiful and very peaceful. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. It felt like home! I would definitely stay again!

Seaside Homeaway

Overall, we enjoyed the homeaway. Initially, there was a problem entering as I was given the wrong code and we were not able to get the wifi password until the next morning. Otherwise, it is a very nice home and appropriately decorated for the area. I would recommend this property to others. Gwen from Sarasota, Florida

Clean and roomy

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation. Ground floor unit with reserved parking at the door. The pool was just out the back door and the beach was only a short drive. Downtown was an easy 10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Beautiful, comfortable condo, great location

Great place to stay in St Augustine. Right actoss the street from the beach and the pier and next to restaurants. We stay at this building every year with the whole family and we spend mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. When it's nice and breezy we hit the old town. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. Jamie at the administrative office is super friendly and helpful. We will keep coming back for many years!!

Wonderful Location and Beautiful Place to Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaside at Anastasia B102. It was so relaxing and beautiful! We enjoy the view from our patio of the fountain, we would sit and just enjoy the view. We were within walking distance the beach, dining and entertainment. Our whole family has been recommending it to others we enjoyed our stay so much!! If you want a nice, clean place to stay at great prices, then definitely check it out!!

The Property Manager was very friendly and extremely accommodating! The units we stayed in were all in great condition and perfect for our family gathering. The complex is well laid out and very well kept. Everyone in my family said they would definitely stay here in the future. The property is across the street from the pier and within walking distance to many restaurants. We have rented in the St. Augustine/Crescent Beach Area for over 30 years and consider this our new place to stay!

Great stay at a great price

My visit began walking into a very well designed and visually appealing space. We had two couples so picking the rooms was a bit tricky. Eventually we decided to split the stay. Being close to the beach and the entertainment all within walking distance made things very accommodating. St. Augustine was just a short distance away with many attractions and activities. The great part of all that was coming back to a clean and comfortable environment. Granted we were there to enjoy the city but the fact that we were able to watch cable TV, DVD or video was a nice touch. The condo also had internet which made things easier when looking for things to do. Overall the group was very pleased with everything about this place. I would definitely stay here again.

Our visit to St. Augustine Beach

I was extremely pleased with the condo we rented. It's location near the beach and restaurants made it easy to get around. I especially enjoyed the musical entertainment that is available in the area. The décor of the condo added to that beach feeling. It was very clean and provided all the extras that I would expect such as DVD's and internet access. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice accommodations and nice facility. Lots of room in condo and very comfortable - had family members visit while staying at Seaside and they thought it was great. Loved being so near the beach. Their are several fun restaurants and the pier is right across the street. We went to St Augustine which had a lot of historical places to visit and lots of good shopping. Having a heated pool will now be a plus. In addition, there is a weight room. Jamie was a lot of help and answered any questions we had. I am sure you will enjoy your stay !!!

Great place to stay in St.Augustine Beach

My wife and I enjoyed a great one month stay at the Seaside at Anastasia condo complex this past March. Process for booking unit was smooth. Jamie was present on site each day to handle any questions. Condo is in a great location...near the Pier, good restaurants and the market Wednesday mornings. We really enjoyed the "Salt Life" and have booked again for next year. You cannot go wrong with this complex.Greg and Maggie from Gatineau,Quebec, Canada.
