We loved the rooms central location in the complex. Being near both pools was a great amenity. The condo was spacious and we loved the large open kitchen and living room area. The furniture was very comfortable.Would love to stay here again!

Good for the Price

Excellent location to the beach, local restaurants, and mini golf. Gated, private parking. Plenty of living space for 6 of us. The queen size bed listed is actually a full. The laundry room is outside of the unit and has a musty smell.

Great pools and beach

Easy beach access and great pools. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice, beds were very comfortable. Deck off master and living room was spacious. Small minor issue with ceiling fan lights not functional. Overall great stay!

Multigenerational family trip

Wonderful family trip! The location can’t be beat. View from the balcony, of the pool and beautifully landscaped courtyard, was amazing! Unit was large and nicely decorated. Clean! Stocked with everything we needed. We will be back and will try to get this unit again.

Short walk over the dunes to see the sunrise! Pools were clean and well maintained. Unit was nice, with very large balcony.

Great condo

Owners Jim Mouhourtis and his wife Diane reside in nearby Fleming Island, Florida. They purchased the property in 2012 with the intent of offering their unit for vacation rentals.
They relocated to NE Florida in 2005 to be near Children and Grandchildren.

We immediately fell in love with St Augustine, it's beautiful pristine beaches, it's historical culture, it's friendly and welcoming residents and it's family friendly communities. We immediately knew that we wanted to one day make St Augustine our full time home. Working towards that goal we invested in what we know to be one of the best maintained and managed Condo Communities on the Beach.
Ocean ViIllas takes great pride in it's beautifully landscaped grounds, it's pools and it's location on the shores of beautiful St Augustine Beach. It has an HOA managed by the condo owners and like any property owner, they take particular care and pride in making sure that our community is well kept and always presents itself in the best fashion possible.
