Yes, we we re there with family. The property was clean and well stocked with towels, toliet paper and all the necessities one could need. Host was super responsive! Overall a great property to stay at!!!

Had a wonderful experience, was located in a great location to do things and get there in a short amount of time. Will definitely stay there again.

This was an excellent townhouse in a great location, just the perfect distance from downtown! The neighborhood was quiet, and the convenient access to the interstate made getting around easy. We especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, relaxing by the fire pit, and playing ping pong in the garage. There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out and enjoy some downtime when needed.The only minor drawback was that a few basic amenities were missing that we’ve typically found in other VRBO properties, such as Kleenex, dish soap, and dishcloths for handwashing dishes. These were small inconveniences and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this townhouse to others looking for a comfortable, spacious place close to downtown!

Thank you for the feedback. Yes none of these things were communicated to us during your stay. We live just a few minutes away and could have brought you anything you needed. (There is extra soap in the closet downstairs, extra hand towels in cabinets in the island). That is all we ever asks of our guest is to communicate any needs promptly so we can make your experience 10/10. I’m not sure that missing those three items warrants a 20% reduction on your entire stay but thank you for the feedback. Again, if you have any issues, please promptly communicate them to us. Bach Party in Nashville

Gem of a place just 10-15 minutes from Broadway. Savannah was a great host, very accommodating and detailed list of rules/checkin/checkout. The rooftop patio and ping pong table were our favorite parts. The beds are huge and comfy. Everything was clean and tidy. Overall a great spot for coming to Nashville with a group of people. Would recommend this place again and again.

Bachelorette Party

We had a really nice stay. There were some items that had not been clean, (I.e. pizza pan in oven, towels, and under bunk bed) but it wasn’t anything major. The door to the rooftop would not lock correctly and we used a chair to keep it closed. Owner was easy to contact and welcomed any concerns we had about the property. Overall it was very nice, lots of items available in kitchen including blender, coffee pot, seasonings, cups, mugs, baking dishes, plenty of towels and pillows, beds decent, master bath very nice. Easy entry and e it and easy checkout procedure.
