Casa Botanica is a retreat away from home. This cozy home is tucked away across the street from the Naples Botanical Gardens. Tastefully decorated and recently renovated, this home is waiting for you. Within 2 miles you will enjoy being close to a food truck park, market, cafe and wine shop. If you enjoy parks, boating and water sports, Bayview Park, Sugden Park and East Naples Park are all within 5 minutes. Naples Pier and 5th Avenue are less than 10 minutes away.
The space
This 3 bed, 2 bath light and bright home has been recently renovated and decorated. It is fully equipped with everything you need. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and its private ensuite with walk in shower. First guest bedroom has a queen bed and third guest bedroom two twin beds and dedicated workspace. All the beds have protective mattress covers, new pillows, high end mattresses, linens and covers. Guest bathroom has a tub. The large oversize sectional in the living room welcomes you to sit, relax and wind down. Casa Botanica is equipped with a Roku tv, cable and Netflix. It also has free high speed WIFI, puzzles/games for family time and the ease of onsite washer and dryer.
The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones including Keurig, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and a Brita water filter.
The tropical and serene backyard is equipped with a 6-person patio dining area, a conversation area as well as a lounge area to soak in the sun. Enjoy playing croquet, mini putt and ring toss in our large, oversized oasis. Depending on the season, Casa Botanica will bear coconuts, bananas, papayas, oranges, lemons and avocados right from our backyard.
4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels are at your disposal.
Would you like to bring your furry friend? Please inquire first. We do allow dogs under 35 pounds for a small, nonrefundable pet fee. If you are bringing a boat, no problem, we have plenty of space for you to park your boat.
Casa Botanica is professionally maintained and cleaned after each guest.
Guest access
The home has keyless entry, via a keypad. Code will be provided before check in.

Please keep in mind this is a residential neighbourhood. We need to be respectful of the people that live close to us. We ask that you please treat our house as your own.
