3 week stay

We really loved staying at this house. It is very well equipped, has 3 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of space and a lovely pool. The proximity to Old Naples is great. There is some noise from the Naples airport but it’s not excessive. The neighborhood is mostly older homes but we felt safe and enjoyed hearing the rooster in the morning! We loved it!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how well-stocked everything was—every detail was thoughtfully considered. The bathrooms were beautifully designed, giving a spa-like experience, and the pool and hot tub area was an absolute highlight, even better than we imagined!Compared to other homes in the area, this one stood out as much nicer, yet we still felt completely safe throughout our stay. It was the perfect combination of comfort and luxury, making for a truly relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving week!

The house was everything and more! We enjoyed the entire stay, couldn't have asked for more, thank you so much. Can't wait to return!

Don’t go there!!!

I was told I would get the code for the house three days before our arrival and I had to reach out the day before. That should have been my indication that things were not going to go well. The house is a new build but done on the cheap side. The pool heating broke after our second day and because it was a Friday we were told they’d call pool company but it was a holiday and a part was needed. The part came the next week but it took two days to heat the pool and then we had to come home. We were able to swim three days out of our ten day stay and when we asked for any compensation the property manager told us there was no way that was happening. We could still swim. Not too empathetic as hard to swim in frigid water. Not how one would talk to a paying guest. The kicker after I said I was not happy the property manager claimed we left the house in such a disarray that the cleaner charged more than most people make in a week to clean the house. He sent me pictures of the towels by the washing machine and sheets that had been removed piled on the bed ready for a wash. Oh and we had forgotten to take out a the trash so we were in breech of the house rules. I was called difficult to deal with when I voiced my concerns. The house is not in the best of neighbourhoods so look carefully when you are booking. Go anywhere but here!!! You’ll regret your decision and Naples is a beautiful place! We rented a great place last year too bad it was booked.
