Enjoy an excellent getaway at this beautiful home, located within The Village at Bear Trap Dunes! Our office for check-in and the amenities are right around the corner!

The entry-level serves as the heart of the home, with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with ample stone counter space. Or fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the patio. A suite and a half bath round out this level. You will find two more inviting suites on the top floor of the home. The lower level presents a game room with a pool table, a guest bedroom, and a guest bathroom.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK.

With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds.

Awesome home

This beautiful home is so beautiful. So roomy. So clean so organized. We had everything there to make our stay so wonderful. Ms Linda and family we wish ya the best We already plotting our next trip. I do recommend ms Linda house for get away. You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy ya stay. Love the Badillo family.

Even better than the photos!

This is a wonderful rental for a family. The bedrooms were spread out in such a way that everyone had their privacy. We agreed that the condo in person looked even better, and larger, than the photos! Linda provides everything you need for a beach vacation, and more! The house was very clean and well-stocked. It was a shame not to have the beach shuttle, and to have to leave the pool for cleaning every two hours, but that was out of the owner's control. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home

Very clean and spacious home. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. 4 bathrooms is a real plus. Pool table in basement was nice addition. Very close to the clubhouse. Definitely will rent again!

Very clean and a lot of charm inside and out

Thanks for a great stay at the townhome. It was the perfect size for us and we enjoyed the close proximity to the Bear Trap clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop, golf course, driving range and amenities. Location was outstanding. We weren't in the house much as we were all golfing each day but enjoyed the little time we spent there, thanks again!
