This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath house sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Those who love to entertain and spend quality time in their vacation home will not be disappointed. The upper floor boasts a huge kitchen fit for preparing a feast, a dining table for 10 and a wet bar. There is a balcony area that opens up to the living room with two story windows below. Outside, guests enjoy a private hot tub, dining area, and firepit complimented by mountain views.

Beaver Creek Resort is a 1 minute drive or a 5 minute walk. There is also an on-demand shuttle to take guests anywhere in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. This means world-class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking are readily available for adventurers. Beaver Creek also hosts excellent restaurants, shops, and the Vilar Performing Arts Center.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

Park Hyatt Amenities Access

Guests will have access to the amenities at the Park Hyatt, just a short walk away during your stay! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.  Nine (9) Park Hyatt amenities day passes per stay is provided by Vail Butler. Guests will gain access to the heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna and fitness center for 1 day of their choosing for each pass. Additional passes can be purchased from Vail Butler at our discounted rate. Full concierge services are also available.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
