Family Gathering Review
The property was as explained. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Close to what we needed and there was room for our large party. You can tell the property owner has updated the home. Communication with the property manager was easy and we appreciated that. Not always the case with rentals, so thank you Lisa!
Opportunities for improvement:
The back patio was not used because the roof panel was falling and so this limited our space. We planned to spend time outback, but this was not possible. The kitchen sink leaked, so emptying a cooking pan when we used it or ran the dishwasher was not something we had not expected. It worked, but for the money we spent to rent the property it was disappointing. The floor is snap together laminate that was buckling from a previous water leak. Likely from the kitchen sink. Lastly, the couches and chairs were small and had low backs. Very uncomfortable.
