We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what is included in the starter kit.

No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking inside will result in a 300 fee, a claim for damages, and immediate removal from property.

No parties or events of any kind, this includes social gatherings of any kind.

Unapproved Late Check-Out: Every 30 min after 11 AM will incur an additional 75 charge. This is a fee and does NOT award you possession of the property

We understand that accidents happen. Please notify the Host immediately of any breaks, spills, or stains in the home.

All problems, including inadequate cleaning and damage, must be reported in writing within 24 hours of check-in for host/prior guests to be held responsible. Host reserves the right to enter premises at any time to effect necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance. Any reported complaint grants the host or agent authorization to access the property to remediate the situation. Barring the host from entry in order to fix or solve a reported problem is a violation of house rules.

Locals MUST contact the host before booking. No third party bookings of any kind. Only the person that has booked is allowed to check in.

RESERVATION: You must have a working phone number to book a stay at this property. The full name and contact information is required for all adults staying at this property. Guests not included on reservation are not permitted in the home without approval. Additional charge of 50 per night per guest or temporary visitor not included on reservation.

AMENITIES: Third party amenities, such as hydro, gas, and internet, including Roku, Netflix, and other streaming devices, are beyond our control. If you must have 100 percent reliable internet during your stay, we suggest that you bring your personal wifi hotspot as a backup. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Use of property or community amenities, including but not limited to the pool, spa, BBQ grills, and gym if applicable, is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

There will be a minimum handling fee of 100, plus the cost of shipping and packaging for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made within 48 hours of departure, after which period items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host. Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS.

EXTERNAL CAMERA - For your safety and security, we have an exterior camera at the front entrance of the property that records video and audio. No cameras are inside the home.
Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices will result in a $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation with no refund.

Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.

Leaving the home excessively dirty: 100

Lost house key, fob, or parking pass if applicable will result in a 250 replacement fee

Violations of the house rules will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund of remaining nights. Early guest removal due to adherence to house rules: 250
