Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Easy check-in process. Everything was perfect so had no need to contact the host. So close to the beach and convenient shopping and food right across the street. We will be booking again for the next trip.

Nice place, great location, very clean. Comfortable bed. Kind of a cold snap in Florida heating system had a hard time keeping it warm especially in the bedroom and bathroom.

Great little place close to the beach, awesome beach vibes from the area. Stayed for a long weekend for our son’s FIT graduation. Location was convenient for us to get to his activities and spend some relaxing time at the beach with just a short walk. The little coffee shop next door was wonderful, we became regulars there too! The host was great, responsive to questions while we were there. This is definitely on our list when we are back to the area.

Absolutely perfection location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars! They provided everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Great location

Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, a few toiletries, kitchenware, and other basic needs. Location was within walking distance of a market, restaurants and beach. I would stay there again.

Labor Day Getaway

We spent Labor Day weekend at Melbourne Beach. Had a great time and enjoyed all the places within walking distance, especially the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

A father of 3, I enjoy playing golf and traveling when I can't spend time with my children.
