The perfect stay

We had such an amazing time, and the property was better than we could’ve imagined. Everything was so clean and well kept, and just overall a great experience because of it. It was extremely luxurious and well maintained, and I hope we get another chance to stay here again in the future!

Great Stay in PTown!

Steve and Nick's place was perfect! Very clean and spacious! The outdoor area was enjoyable and the unit is about a 10 minute walk to all the action. Steve was very easy to commmunicate with. I would love to stay here again!

Fantastic place and owners

We had a wonderful stay at this newly-renovated property. The townhouse and all of the furnishings were beautiful and luxurious — even the towels were top-notch — and the owners were the most thoughtful and generous I’ve ever experienced. Everyone in my group agreed this was our favorite rental in Provincetown — I highly recommend it!

Fantastic stay in Ptown

Incredibly clean and well thought out townhouse in the northern part of Ptown. Huge family room with enormous movie area separate from the additional living area attached to the kitchen. Best kitchen I have ever seen in a rental (anywhere). Lovely and new outside deck/grill area with dining and lounging area. Nice quiet part of town but totally walkable to everywhere.

Perfect place for us 4 friends

Steve and Nick were such great hosts! We loved the place and were super comfortable for 4 adults. It's located about a 6-8 min walk to town – just enough to feel some peace and quiet but close enough to jump into the action. The entire house is renovated and the movie theater downstairs was a treat. Steve and Nick were super friendly and allowed for us to check in early and leave our bags at the close of our trip. Thanks for such a great hosting and we look forward to coming back!

PERFECT Ptown home away from home

Steve and Nick’s place in Ptown was everything we could have asked for and more. It’s a short walk from the center of Commercial street — close enough to get there within 10 minutes but far enough that you feel relaxed and removed from it when it’s time to just chill. It was comfortable, the kitchen is beyond perfect, and their deck is a wonderful place for dinners or just hanging out. On top of all that, communication with our hosts was a simple text away and any time we had a question it was met with a prompt response. Needless to say.. when the trip ended, it was very hard to leave. We will be back.

Fantastic Ptown House

Steve and Nick's house was a great home away from home for four days in Ptown! The house is spacious and on three levels making it perfect for a small group. The open-concept made it easy for us to socialize when we wanted to. On the other hand, if I needed a moment to myself, I could make my way to the top floor and be totally undisturbed by the group on the first level. The house is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to Commercial Street. The finishes, from the kitchen counters, to the shower tiles, to the decking, are absolutely gorgeous. It feels like you are staying in someone's well decorated home, not a rental. They had beach towels and chairs ready to go for us which was appreciated. Finally, they were communicative throughout the rental process, even providing some recommendations for places to eat while we were in town. We are hoping to come back next year and can't recommend their place enough!

A very beautiful home in a wonderful location!

We LOVED our two week stay at Steve's super comfy condo. A ten minute walk to the heart of Commercial Street, two minute drive to the grocery store, one minute to Route 6 with a gas station on the way. Once in the car, beach access was smooth and easy. Everything was easy. Steve made it so. The condo was extremely clean and fully loaded with all the necessities from loads of soap and paper goods to beach towels and chairs. The kitchen made meal prep so easy, dare I say fun, that I barely stepped outside onto the back porch to use the BBQ. Bathrooms ranged from perfectly functional to near luxurious and the extra shower outside made my post-beach return home a pleasure. All three bedrooms were comfy and spacious. It was perfect for our family of four but we considered how easily an extra person or two could fit in. Upon our arrival Steve emphasized he just wanted us to enjoy ourselves. We did. He did everything he could to make sure we felt at home and were well taken care of by attending to the details the way a well managed hotel would. His property manager was a pleasure to deal with when we needed him and made us feel as if we had a caring superintendent available when necessary. Really, the home was an all around delight and Provincetown is such a beautiful town, it was my first visit there and I loved it. A return visit to Steve's condo was on our minds before we left and remains there days after we returned home.
