Relax and enjoy this spectacular 2BR/2BA in the popular West End! The home features restored wide plank pine floors, high ceilings, and lots of windows that allow for natural light. The master bedroom features an en-suite bath with marble tile, a pedestal sink, and glass shower. The second bedroom and guest bath are located off the kitchen and dining area. The family room has a pull out couch and a electric stove and all rooms have central air. A private stone patio with grilling area is accessed by a back entrance and is located behind the home. . Assigned parking for one car. Carefree getaway.

Please note VRBO will collect a Massachusetts Short Term Lodging Tax of 14.45% with the initial payment on the entire amount charged to the tenant (rental fee plus VRBO fee). Owner requires a lease agreement.

Best location

Steps to Joes and Tea - this spot made vacationing in Ptown super easy. The host provided everything we needed for a week’s stay - couldn’t imagine needing anything more! Would happily vacation there again and again.

The rental is just as described. The area is in an excellent location. The amenities of the unit well exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would improve is the quality of the bed pillows. The bed pillows were old and tired looking.

Great Spot to Hang with Friends

We loved our stay here for a summer getaway with friends. The home is updated and has everything amenity you need. Nestled in a quieter spot but a quick walk to all the action on Commercial Street so no need to drive. We also really enjoyed the back patio and fire pit in the evenings.

Outstanding location! Seconds from everything but not too close. Fabulous amenities, easy on-site parking, a place to store bikes, great closet/storage space for your belongings, excellent layout, and very charming. We didn't use the outdoor space much, but it's cute and more than enough. The patio is not directly off the unit, but only a few steps away. My only complaint is regarding the bedding, especially the pillows, which were very old and flat. If we were to stay again, I would bring my own pillows. Everything else was great!

Fantastic Location and Accomodations

The condo is absolutely wonderful. We first stayed here in 2018 and were thrilled to be able to return in 2023. The home is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you could need for your vacation. The west end location can’t be beat - 5 minute walk to the Stop & Shop, 3 minutes to the Boatslip. The private outdoor area is the perfect spot for relaxing with your coffee in the morning and grilling out in the evenings. Can’t wait to return, thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

As good as it gets!

We've rented many places in Ptown and this one just might be our favorite. It has ample space, a nice patio, and easy parking. You simply can't beat the location -- easy walking to Commercial Street and the beach. The space comes with just about everything you need from linens to shampoo to kcups! We brought our 6 year old and appreciated that the decor was beautiful without being particularly breakable. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location, everything we needed

Amy’s place has everything you could possibly need and is ideally situated near everything. We had three people in the condo and loved the privacy between bedrooms. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and the common areas, inside and out, were really cozy and relaxing. Joel did an excellent job communicating. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

Great rental!

This is our third year staying in this rental and we love it more every year. It’s spacious by Ptown standards, with great outdoor space. The location can’t be beat - we walked everywhere. The beds are comfy and everything in the rental worked as expected. The kitchen is well appointed and has plenty of space if you want to store food. The property manager replies quickly if any small issues come up. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Cute and Cozy

Great location! Short walk to Commercial st. The house is very comfortable and very clean! High end appliances in working condition. Beds super comfortable (which is not always the case). Neighbors were friendly and offered us suggestions on restaurants and places to go. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a great get away.

Always a great stay

We come back to this property over and over again. It's exactly what we need. Spacious by Ptown standards, two bedrooms, two baths and a lovely outdoor patio. The unit is always in good shape and well appointed with everything we need. The location can't be beat - close to Commercial Street, but removed enough that you don't hear it overnight. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We had our 9 year old daughter with us and the unit is "kid friendly," with no precious heirlooms hanging around.

Comfortable and convenient

Convenient location on West end of town. Close enough to Commercial St you can walk to everything but far enough away you can come home and have some quiet. The unit itself is all you need for a getaway to Ptown. It’s on the ground floor of a historic house that has been converted to condos. The beds were very comfortable and there was good water pressure with hot water in the showers. We are all our meals out but if you wanted to cook the kitchen was well equipped and there was a private back patio with grill as well. Stop & Shop is walking distance if you don’t have a car.

Great stay for a second year

This was our second year staying in this unit and it was just as good as the first. It's exactly as advertised. Two nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A comfortable living space and kitchen. The back patio is nice and having dedicated parking is great. The other tenants in the building were quiet. You can't beat the location; just slightly off the beaten path so it's quiet, but close enough to Commercial Street. The place comes with everything you need - linens, towels, paper supplies. This is our favorite place to stay in Ptown.

Perfect location

This place was the most ideal location I’ve stayed at in ptown. So quiet and so close to everything. I loved the layout and the updates that were done. Modern and quaint but with the original wood floors. The outside deck was cute and inviting. I’d recommend in a heartbeat!

Lovely unit in great location

The property is really nice. The kitchen and bathrooms seem to be recently renovated and are very beautiful. The main bedroom is small but functional. The second bedroom has an unusual layout which is awkward and lacks an adequate dresser to store clothes. The kitchen could use some more pots and pans for guests who like to cook.

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing

The property is extremely well maintained with a luxurious garden and private patio. The interior is modern and inviting, which allowed us to feel right at home immediately. The kitchen is equipped with essentials and provided us with everything we needed to eat in 1-2 times a day. Each room contains a large tv with access to cable and streaming services. Both bathrooms are recently updated. We will be returning for another stay as soon as we can!!

Great location and nice unit

We stayed for bear week and had a wonderful time. Was very easy to get to all the main attractions in town, a very walkable location. The unit is well appointed and updated. A patio out back with a grill and fire pit was great for lounging and nights in. They were firm on the check in and out times and no pets. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot in the west end

Great property- air conditioning controls and TVs in each bedroom, comfortable living area and very nice kitchen. On-site parking was super convenient, but location is so good we didn’t need to use the car. Within a 5 minute walk to the boatslip, Joe’s coffee, gym, stop and shop and bike rentals. Great outdoor patio area. I would certainly stay here again.
