This gorgeous 944 Sq. Ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is the perfect combination of all things natural and organic in a luxurious setting. From a furnished private balcony with a double chaise lounge and a table set for two with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal. Enjoy your relaxing living room with a plush white organic sofa that converts into a bed, and a 4 seater dining table that leads to a private master bedroom with a king-sized Keetsa mattress, covered in 100% organic cotton sheets. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Absolutely amazing! Top tier service at the hotel and my condo was stunning! I loved every minute staying there for the week! The five star hotel team was very tentative and always checking in with me. I love that you can text them if you need assistance at any time. The condo was clean and I truly felt at home with all the amenities. Having the sub zero fridge in my room helped since I stayed longer than the weekend. My shower was excellent and having the washer and dryer was a huge help. The only downside was the lighting in the bathroom. I had trouble putting on my makeup in the bathroom, so I ended up putting my makeup on in the living room for the lighting. The backlit mirror has the lighting way too dim. Other than that everything was wonderful. I can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you so much for your hospitality sans making my stay in Miami amazing!

Excellent rental

The property was very clean and had a great view from chaise lounge. The 1 hotel was great with great gym and healthy food options. The residence check in and check out were very professional. Would return!

Perfect mother/daughter trip

Lots of room; clean & chic. Enjoyed the 1 Hotel & all it had to offer. The management team was perfection. They catered to our every need & were extremely helpful. I can’t wait to work with Adriana again. She was so nice & professional; extremely accommodating.
