The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The host communicated quickly. The pool and Greek restaurant were great and the beach is right there. Lovely stay - hate to leave!

Condo was very nice with a lovely view! We enjoyed watching the ships pass by. Restaurant on site was a nice plus. Easy walk to beach. Beautiful area!

I want to put some context around this review. I have stayed in dozens of VRBO. I have also stayed in this property on the Hilton side many times. The host is clear that this unit is independent from Hilton and not associated. However, I pick up keys from the hotel and the host wants me to get towels from the gym. Also the WiFi is from the hotel but bad signal inside the unit. I inquire about daily house keeping, which there is none and understandable. But the host said we could do that for 175/day, but the irony is the unit was not very clean at all. And I’m instructed to take trash out. One roll of TP and no hand soap. The floors were so bad we had to wash feet. The air vents were covered in dirt and mold enough to make you sick. There is no closet to hang clothes or anywhere to put a suitcase. It is 1982 decor. No balcony on this unit. You do have ocean view but for some reason the bed just faces the wall. The last night the toilet wouldn’t stop flushing all night, host says tell hotel and the hotel said deal with host. The windows were so dirty you could barely see out. Location is great.

As noted in the listing, this unit is independently managed and not part of Hilton’s hotel program, which is why certain services—such as housekeeping, towel service, and maintenance—operate differently from the hotel side. That said, your experience should still feel seamless, and I regret that this was not the case. Regarding cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance issues: this is not the standard I aim to provide. I have already addressed these points with my cleaning and support teams to ensure the floors, vents, windows, and toiletries are handled properly for all future guests. The toilet issue and the confusion between the hotel's and the host's responsibilities should not have happened, and I’m taking steps to prevent that kind of miscommunication going forward. I also appreciate your comments about the layout and furnishings. While the unit’s structure and design are original to the building, I’m actively reviewing updates that can improve comfort and functionality for guests. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location, and I truly appreciate your detailed feedback—it helps me continue improving the experience for future stays.

Property has a great vibe. Fantastic view if the ocean. The suite was in great condition, although not new. Has everything that one needs for a comfortable long stay. Excellent gym. Right on the beach. Friendly staff. Several fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We'll definitely be back. Minor downside: you can still hear noise from the club during the day, but the area is quite at night.

This is our second stay at this unit with our 2 kids. This unit has a great view and plenty of space. We love the Bentley, it's an older, smaller property but the location is elite.

Well appointed property in great location

The location of this property cannot be beat. We found it very kid friendly - walking distance to a great park and many, what we think, are kid-friendly restaurants. The unit itself is well-equipped and comfortable with fantastic views.

Nice Place

Our stay was great!! We had a little hiccup at check-in but Kamran was quick to respond to our problem and it was taken care of fairly quickly. The location is great. Within walking distance from everything. We would definitely consider this property next time we go to Miami Beach
