The space
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
This apartment was built almost 100 years ago and may have the occasional squeak and quirk.
The outdoor and shared spaces are monitored with safety cameras as well as noiseaware monitors to ensure the property is compliant with city quiet hours and noise levels.

Please note as our proximity to downtown and main roads this property has a potential for noise/city sounds.
