This river and mountain view condominium is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom full size, fully equipped, free wi-fi, residential unit that sl;eeps a maximum of six. Boasting a very spacious private balcony directly on the river, it truly is the ideal location. It is within walking distance to the Old Mill and Dolly Parton Stampede. Cal Ripken Baseball and Dollywood are less than 5 minutes away, with the Great Smokey Mountains less than 3 minutes away.
My name is Stacie and I have been taking care of condos for nearly 20 years. I am very OCD about making sure your stay is as clean and comfortable as I can make it. I am not jumping from place to place just to give it a spit and and promise. I spend time making sure everything is touched and get rid of any nastiness left behind. I put myself in your shoes. I clean this condo as if my own family were staying there. I value your family’s decision in choosing to stay with us. I truly want you to make the best and most meaningful memories.

This place was so nice! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in all of our travels. Everything you need was there and in good working order. Excellent all around

Let me start by saying that this was the first place that I have stayed that is five star across the board. I've stayed at a lot of places including resorts, airbnbs, vrbos & hotels, none as nice as this one. Not only is the host courteous but also provides the extras that was totally unexpected. From K-Cups, coffee, filters, creamer, Ziploc bags and snacks plus bottled water all were provided with this stay. It's a wonderful location along the Little Pigeon River. The ducks and geese plus squirrel were all bonuses. I highly recommend to everyone and hope it's available my next stay when I return.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was great to stay at. Very close to everything! Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again. We all enjoyed ourselves. Communication with the owner was great!

Home away from home

This place was like being at home. All the things you need, like fans, power strips, etc. were there! It was so nice to have a host that was so helpful and a great communicator. And the view from the balcony was wonderful to enjoy with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Such a great condo!

We absolutely loved our stay! Stacie (Host) was awesome! Place was immaculate. Comfortable beds. More than enough supplies in the kitchen to cook. This condo exceeded our expectations! Is Harrison into your medicine? The only suggestion we had, maybe have a deck of cards available.

Clean & SO cozy, with a terrific river view!!

Nothing bad to say about this sweet two BR condo. It was my wife, my mom and myself (all between 65-90). Close to all the PF attractions and a terrific rate. Stacie Gillenwater was delightful to work with. We will call her again when we return!

Awesome!!

The room was exactly as described. Very clean. It had everything we needed. The location is great. It’s easy to get in and out of. The owner got with me a few days before we arrived which made getting in the room very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

Condo is just as advertised and owner has thought of so many nice touches to make sure your stay is great. Condo was super clean and you can’t beat having a cup of coffee on the balcony listening to the water and animals. Great communication. Loved our stay and plan to return!!

PF and Gatlinburg visit

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and we visited both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We also drove through GSMNP. So many things to do in the area. Stacie was great and was quick and easy to get in touch with. The condo was cozy and comfortable. I loved being right next to the river and my granddaughter the ducks and geese. Definitely recommend. Clean and comfy

This was the 2nd time staying in this property- Stacie is an excellent host and has the condo cleaned very well and fully stocked with all the essentials and then some. She is always responsive if you have a question and made us feel like we were staying with family. Great location to Dollywood and the main drag in Pigeon Forge. Close to everything!

Hi… my name is Stacie and I have been taking care of condos for private owners for over 16 years. This is not the first condo I have managed. All of my condos that I am in charge of have 5 star reviews for being clean and welcoming. I am very particular about making sure that when you walk into the condo it is as close to perfect as I can make it. My goal is for you and your family to make some wonderful memories.
On a personal note… I have a son and a daughter that are both grown. Woo hoo.. I am on cruise control in life and I LOVE it. Other than the pride I take in making sure any condo I take care of are perfect, my children are my greatest accomplishments.
I grew up in Knoxville but, moved to Sevierville to get out of the big city when my kiddos started school. I have been in Sevier County ever since, for 25 years. This is my home now and forever.
