The Condo is very clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything downtown including The Island. Dollywood only a few miles drive (3). Balcony view is amazing of the river that is directly behind the condo to fish, swim and feed the ducks. The grounds has a swimming pool , barbecue grill and picnic table. Grocerystore drugstore near by.

It was nice place elevator was very slow but used the stairs, it was close walk to everything. Kitchen was clean. Bed were conformable. Very enjoyable.

One of the best places we have stayed. Condo was clean, beds slept really good and loved the decorations. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice quiet area and we felt safe. I could not ask for a better host. Susan was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The condo is very clean and decorated with a cabin feel. It was nice to be so close to The Island, go karts and moutain coasters and still sit on the patio in the morning and listen to the river flow. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure was great. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and easy to get to, you can walk to the island on a paved trail behind the building. The balcony overlooking the river was so nice, you can sit and listen to the water while drinking your morning coffee. There was only my sister and myself on this trip and we felt completely safe.

This was a very clean condo. Decorated very nicely for Christmas. Great location and a nice balcony seating area. We would stay again.

Birthday Trip

The condo was GREAT. There was plenty of room for sitting and sleeping. The balcony was huge! The cleaning crew needs to be looked at...we had a "gift" left in the hall bathroom toilet, and not even a complete roll of toilet paper (and no replacement). Some towels were left in the dryer while others were damp, and there were cobwebs in the light fixtures. I would recommend even with the cleaning issues. That can be corrected, but location and the condo cannot. the haa bathroom, the

Perfect Family Getaway

This spacious 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. Very cozy, comfortable, safe & quiet. Easy parking. Close location to Dollywood & The Island. Walking distance to the Parkway with tons of food & shopping options. The 3 queen beds in one room with a bathroom was perfect for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Making a wine run

Pool not open but Everything else was as described

Condo was decorated adorable, location was wonderful so close to everything. There is not a secured WI-FI, it is just generic for the complex. Pool was most disappointing because it was Memorial Day weekend and closed. Susan was easy to work with.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and very close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Very close to Dollywood and all the tourist things to do in Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this condo.

Cleanest Vrbo condo we have ever booked.

Extremely clean and very nice Condo, great location and Susan was very good to work with. Highly recommend if you are headed to Pigeon Forge, this is the place to stay.

Convenient comfort

This rental was very clean, convenient, comfortable. Susan was an excellent host, we would definitely return for another visit. The rental was walkable to many places we like to visit in the area. The bedding was very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our group.
