Had a great time. Loved the pools. We also enjoyed pickle ball and shuffleboard. The house was perfect for us. I would definitely go back.

The place was filthy the furniture wasn’t dusted the carpet in the master bedroom was badly stained and then they tried to blame that on us and filed an insurance claim for the exact amount that she said she would credit us for our inconvenience. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the place. Some of the towels were frayed had holes in them smelled musty and had to buy Odor blaster and wash them before use. No dresser or chest in second bedroom to store clothes. Drawers in bathroom had hair and dirt in them needed to spend time cleaning them with PineSol before use. Garage was a filthy mess with junk all around. Plastic containers with what looked like used oil were outside of side garage door. Had to clean fridge before use.

We take cleanliness and guest experience very seriously, so we’re disappointed to hear about your concerns. Our records show the home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. The carpet condition in the master bedroom was documented before check-in, which is why an insurance claim was filed based on the condition observed after your stay. We won that claim with before and after pictures. That said, we always aim to be fair and transparent in resolving any concerns. We were not made aware of several of these issues during your stay, and we would have gladly sent our cleaning team out immediately to address them. We encourage guests to contact us right away so we can correct anything in real time. You contacted after week and few days after checking and 5 days before you was leaving to complain of dust and I offered the cleaning team to come by and clean for you. Your feedback regarding linens is a lie we provided brand new linens and towels prior to your arrival after the longer term stay prior to you arriving. The garage condition had a blower for backyard and some retailer handyman tools to use during the stays and guest actually like to use them if needed to blow the leaves off porch. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to maintain the standards our guests expect.

Perfect for seniors

We loved the property, location, and decor. Mesa was easy to navigate. Not much traffic to negotiate. The light rail was great to get to and from Chase field. If there were any negatives—bring a wine opener!😍

Lots to like in this home

We loved the spaciousness, location and furnishings. However, the home was not clean when we checked in. The bathrooms and kitchen were nasty! The Roku tvs did not give access to local or network channels or to cable.

Hi Adrian sorry you didn’t feel the bathroom or kitchen was cleaned to your standards if you would have call me line you did for the small water leak we could have sent cleaners out there for you no problem to reclean for you. Also the Roku do have live local channels on the he Roku channel network. I could have told you that if you would have asked. Thanks for the feedback.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Qiuet neighborhood. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. We loved having fresh oranges from the trees out on the back patio. The only complaint i can even think of is we like double pillows to sleep with but since there were only 2 of us we used the ones in the guest bedroom.

While there are good things about this property there are also negatives as well, hence the 3 Stars.POSITIVES: It features a large garage with a remote. It has a decent laundry area. The rooms are ample sized - you don't feel cramped, though the walls are bare. The master bed is comfortably firm and the linens were new, though a king bed should have king sized pillows too. There are plugs in the side tables to charge electronics. There are four outdoor sitting areas, but the one off of the master is odd. The area is very quiet and there is little traffic. Freeways are within a mile or so for quick access.NEGATIVES: The kitchen is appointed with old and mismatching utensils and dishes, including the silverware, which looks as though it's from various garage sales. The kitchen table is actually a large foyer table as it is 36" high and not the 30" standard. The chairs are stools making it awkward to sit at. The LR furniture, while decent, is very uncomfortable due to oversized headrests. The property has little to no wall decorations in all the rooms. It appears it was purchased with the existing furniture in it, since there is a piano in the front room.The host did not want to allow us into the property at the appointed time of 4:00 pm. After driving 1105 miles, we insisted, as we had plans for 6:00 pm. The property was cleaned up 90 minutes late. Overall, we would not stay here again, its just not a welcoming place.

Regarding check-in, our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and the home was not occupied prior to your arrival. On that day, cleaning was completed shortly after due to an unforeseen delay, which was communicated. While we understand long travel days can be tiring, early access beyond the confirmed readiness of the home cannot always be guaranteed. The furnishings, décor, and kitchen setup are intentionally chosen to provide a clean, functional, and well-maintained space rather than a luxury or designer-styled environment. Photos in the listing accurately represent the home, including furniture, décor, and layout, allowing guests to make an informed booking decision. While we strive to accommodate all guests, comfort and style preferences are subjective. We respect that this property did not meet your personal expectations, though it aligns with what is clearly presented in the listing. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.
