If i could give this house 10, I would!!! Being in town for a wedding, this was exactly what we needed to be able to come back to at the end of the day. This house was absolutely stunning. To say spacious is an understatement. It was immaculate & cooled before we got there. There was even a bottle of wine left for us. Andy is by far one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. He was kind & assertive to every need i had. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home & make our stay a beautiful memory(especially for my grandbabies). I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Beautiful Home

We were 7 adults who stayed at this home. The home has a great layout so we could have privacy when desired and lots of space when we were together. The home was very clean, well supplied and the host responded very quickly to all questions and requests. He also kept us informed throughout the week. One of our best rental experiences.

Amazing stay!

This house has a wow factor as soon as you pull in to the driveway. The house is open and inviting. There is a great amount of space for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, everything is CLEAN! We stayed for a week and utilized the kitchen a lot; it was well appointed. The pool was fantastic too - we didn't get to use it as much due to a rare and random cold front coming through - but the pool heater did allow us to go for a few swims. The steps entrance to the pool has a big area thats shallow (about ankle deep) which is a great spot for little kiddos to splash around. Definitely would rent again.

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house. We really enjoyed this house and the pool. It had everything we needed to cook family meals. The host was amazing to me and my family especially after a long flight...thank you! We will definitely be back again.

Super CLEAN AND SPACIOUS HOME

We were here on a work stay for almost 3 weeks. The home was perfect for our stay kitchen stocked with all cooking supplies, gas grill, large tv in living room and master bedroom. The pool was the perfect size and outdoor area was beautiful and very private! The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay!The place was spotless which is a huge thing for me choosing a home.Note: The master and other main bedroom mattresses are very firm.HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a long or short stay!!!!

Wonderful stay at this wonderful property!

This marked the 20th year that a couple friends and I have gone to watch the Braves play at spring training. We have stayed at Vrbo and other rental properties for at least about 10 years. This year, we decided to stay in nearby Port Charlotte. This was the nicest property we have stayed at in years. The home itself is beautiful inside and out, and the owner has thoughtfully stocked it with everything you could need or want -- from high-quality bedding and towels to complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, etc., and even complimentary coffee pods. Everything in the house is high quality, from the furniture to the lighting to the appliances. The property manager, Andy, was in touch early and often to make sure everything was great -- and it was. All in all, this was more like staying at a friend's very nice home than a rental property. We have nothing but good things to say, and we will almost certainly be back. Thanks!

Absolutely perfect family rental home for a weekend

This home and its owner exceeded our expectations. Me and my brother's family needed a home to stay in for a weekend with wives and teenage kids (5). This place was ideal. To begin, the home is very well-appointed. I can't think of a single necessity that wasn't provided. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything, very clean, easy check-in. Large home with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. We were in town for a family wedding over a long weekend and this home was perfect in every way. Highly recommend.
