CPA franchisee with liberty tax service for the past 17 year, local investor in Florida where I currently live for the past 23 years. 15 year of experience in investment . New investment in Las terrenes which is my project Serenite that was completed and design by myself and my husbands Sergio santana of 25 years this past year, 9 units one personally owned, 3 for short term rental and 6 for sale.

This was my first project that was created, design and develop by myself and my husbands . We have given this project our all and treat it as our baby the journey was interesting and the work put into what we believed in has definitely manifest into what everyone say beautiful project that was well design. We stand and believe in what we have done with pride.

The benefits of this project is that you can stay and experience what this part of the island has to offer and if interested can make a wish investment decision base on what is actually here and not on what will possible be here. We are located close to everything 3 different beaches, shops, markets, bars, and restaurants.
