Perched above the sparkling blue water in Navarre Beach, Summerwinds #1203 provides a tropical oasis that’s the perfect setting for a beach getaway. Sleeping as many as 10 guests in two bedrooms and with two full bathrooms, it’s ideal for anything form a family getaway at the beach to your annual trip with friends. This condo comes stocked with the comforts of home, including free wireless internet and a kitchen equipped with plenty of cookware and a full set of appliances. A covered balcony off of the living room and master bedroom comes well-furnished, inviting you to sit out in the morning and soak up the view. Amenities here include a beachfront pool, charcoal barbecue grills, and a hot tub. Plus, boat trailer parking is available as well! Come on down to the beach and get ready to enjoy your perfect vacation.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10): This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to every check-in.

The view was great. The beach was great. The accommodations were good with a few faults. One was a running toilet. I notified them and they sent a man out right away. The other was dust bunnies under the couch and under the bunk beds. The master bedroom bed was quite high: my 5'4"wife had to jump to get in bed! I also, at 6' height, had to jump to get in bed. The bed was very comfortable, but just too high. I also disliked that the master bedroom closet was locked and we didn't have a good place to hang our clothes. They provided a small wardrobe, but it was so short my suits could not hand without dragging the floor of it by several inches. They could have used a few more pieces of silverware. Overall, I'd come back. We had a good time, and the apartment was safe. It is just these small complaints that keep us from giving them a five star rating.

Family Vacay

The location is excellent with many things to do and places to eat. The condo was nice and clean with everything you need for cooking. This was our first trip to Navarre and it didn’t disappoint.

The property was spotless! Beds and couch super comfy! The view from the balcony was stunning allowing full view of Sunrises and beach. Would stay here again and again!!

Beach Vacation

The property location was great and exactly what we were hoping for. Property itself was very clean, but could use some minor repairs (fresh paint, new screen door, and other small fixes) to maximize it.

Beach Life

We loved the property! Besides the door being opened when we arrived, along with sand on the counter, table and floors, we had a great stay. Loved the giant screen tv!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerwind. The beach was wonderful, if crowded, and the condo was just as advertised. One elevator was being worked on part of the week, which was an inconvenience since we were o. The 12th floor. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Awesome place could have been a little cleaner one elevator was already out of service then the other broke but it was only down for maybe an hour before they had it back up and running OVERALL GREAT PLACE AND GREAT MANAGEMENT THANK U VERY MUCH!!!!

Room was okay

Overall, the room was ok. We had an issue with the shade in the master bedroom on arrival, but we contacted the rental company and they were very quick to get someone out to fix it. Essentially no closet space. Could not access the second bedroom closet due to arrangement of beds. Master bedroom closet was locked. We enjoyed our stay, but probably would not book this room again.

Decebt

While the condo itself was great, the building and complex are showing their age. One of the two elevators in the building was not working during our four day visit and there was a water main break connected to the three tower complex. The views from the condo were tremendous.

Amazing location, but could be cleaner

This property is in an amazing location with a great beach, right next to the pier, and amazing view from the balcony where you can sit and watch dolphins! We had a few issues finding some things upon check in and customer service is extremely quick and responsive. Our issues stemmed from the condition of the unit. There was mold growing on the shower linings, a funky smell all throughout, and a lot of discoloration and spots along the ceilings. I think with some TLC this unit would be amazing.

Parking citations should not happen Needs to have time to know about parking requirements Call and asked about parking regulations and representatives was unsure about where and time limits on parking i should have gotten an reimbursement for the third citation

Horrific property management.

Two wrong cancellations. Also canceled vbro during our stay to keep us from being able to complain s no maintenance help Loud clicking all night with zero remedy or help. Horrific customer service. The owners have a beautiful property but horrid property management. Even the dates above are incorrect. I stayed the 15th through the 18th. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT “company”. Who doesn’t allow you to check in till 4pm but requires you to check out at 9am? These people.

Roach infested

This has to be the absolute worse place we've ever stayed. It started with being locked out of the unit for over two hours while the managing company tried to figure out how to get us back in and it just continued to worsen from there. The floors were dirty with sand, dirt, and dust. The sheets in the guest room were inside out (were they really clean or just flipped???), and master bedroom sheets were sandy. The kitchen was roach infested. Every time we would try to cook something in the kitchen, we were killing small roaches. The kitchen utensils were still dirty with food... As much as we love Navarre Beach and staying at Summerwind Resort, we will never stay here again nor recommend to anyone.
