As soon as you enter, you will find a large spacious and comfy living room where you can relax and watch a movie on the 70" Smart TV & Bose speaker system.
The sliding glass doors reveal a mesmerizing view of the patio, canal & pool allowing nature's beauty to become an integral part of your space.

* Master bedroom: Comfy king bed, with French doors to access the patio & enter into your oasis!
An ensuite bathroom, and a 50" Roku TV, you’ll be happy to relax after a day of fun in the sun.

* Bedroom #2: Comfy queen bed, a 50" Roku TV so you can relax and binge-watch your favorite TV shows.

* Bedroom #3: spacious with two stylish full size beds, anyone in your group will be happy to sleep here. Also includes a 50" Roku TV .

* bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer & 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. Makeup removal towels for your convenience!!

Extras:
We have a high chair, Dream on me full size crib, Dream on me Lotus bassinet/bedside sleeper & baby monitor (will be left on request) so parents can enjoy their time but also have peace of mind that their child is safe, pack and play, toddler utensils & Infant Pop N' Play Portable play yard for the beach or outdoor.

KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen with a large island and ample cabinetry you will be able to have a lot of fun cooking delicious meals with your friends and family.

* Outdoor area: The outdoor area is truly an oasis!! From the
large tiki, hanging egg chairs over the heated pool & hot tub.
Float with pool noodles, explore by using the 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards with provided paddle and life vest (free of charge) We do not have a floating dock.
Will need to 2 adults to carry the kayaks/surfeboard to teh water and use the ladder.

Fishing off the dock or watching boats pass by, or swinging on the hammock.
Enjoy the outdoor area with a large smart tv to watch the game or just listen to music at the bar, maybe grill (grill utensils & propane included) and lounge in the comfy seating area or lay and soak in the sun on the 6 chaise lounges!
Enjoy a mini golf game or Kamgam on the artificial turf area. Both are in the Plastic bin on the side of the house.
