Cozy Private Studio by HardRock and Beaches

Welcome to your private studio where only you'll have access to with your very own entrance. You'll be staying in our newly remodeled garage which is now your new and secluded getaway.
The space
Sleeping: Enjoy our queen sized memory foam mattress with cozy sheets and comforter. Couch can be converted into sleeping area if needed by lifting latch, pulling out and lifting up. Air mattress also offered if needed.

The Kitchen: Refrigerator, Glass Cooktop, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots and Pans, Dishes, Silverware, and Cups.

TV Access and Wifi: Feel free to use our Roku to sign into your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, and more. Private Wifi is offered for guests as well.

Private Patio Access: Enjoy our deck where you'll have your own secluded area to sit out and enjoy.

Parking: Our driveway is gated and secluded for two cars Maximum, both spots are given to guests. Gate can only be opened manually by rolling to the left when arrived. Please note to keep gate closed at all times.

AC:
The AC is controlled by a remote which will be bedside on your night table. The remote will give you access to control the temperature in the studio. PLEASE be mindful of the temperature. When leaving the property we suggest turning off the air as it gets cold when left on!

Guest access
Please note: You have access to your own private studio that is located in our home. Private entrance is on the right side of the garage when you follow the steps down the rocks (as seen in photos). All other areas of the property are off limits.

We kindly ask you read and accept all rules before you book for your safety.

NO SMOKING
No smoking will be allowed nor tolerated inside of the studio.

NO PARTIES

All guests must be registered to be on the property.
NO EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE BE AWARE: We are pet friendly hosts, meaning we have pets too! We have a dog who may bark through the window when arrived. Do not be alarmed, he is super friendly and a sweetheart.
