This place was perfect for my stay. Great location! Peaceful neighborhood and close enough to all the essentials. You can wake up, have your coffee on the quiet beach while watching the sunrise. Joseph was incredibly helpful!

Clean, pet friendly, 1/2 block to beach. Resteraunts in walking distance. AC was very loud, but overall stay was great. We will be back

This property is in a wonderful spot right by Hollywood Beach, complete with a lifeguard station nearby. The owners were super helpful and quick to reply to any questions, and the entire place was spotless.On the downside, the bed wasn't great—it lacked a mattress pad and felt pretty cheap. The A/C also had a tough time keeping the place cool against the Florida sun. However, given the affordable price and excellent cleanliness/location, we'd stay here again.

I did not travel with pets, but if I had it would have been pet friendly and there is a big dog beach that is walkable from the suite. The host were very communitive and helpful. The suite was clean and bright and spacious. The beach is very close, one building off the beach and it is clean with a life guard very close and private and not crowded. Wonderful beach! Walkable to several restaurant's. Great location. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

It was a cute studio and we loved it was a 20 foot walk to the less crowded part of the beach. The down side was there was not a matress pad on the bed and a HUGE lack of towels. Only the ones for the shower and a few hand and face ones. Nothing extra for a second shower towel or any to take to the beach. Overall we would go back hoping for more towels!

Property was clean and in a very good location just steps to the beach. Had an issue with the door lock (my user error) and the very friendly property manager called me immediately and walked me through it. Photos in listing slightly different than what met with - no more wall decor, for example. Bed pretty uncomfortable. Had what seemed to be tiny plastic things (like those used to hold tags to clothing at the store) alllll over it that could easily be felt through sheet so felt like sleeping on sand or something. Downstairs neighbor kept me awake each night - sometimes with loud music, one time with a concerning and prolonged shouting match and scuffle/fight.
