Great place to stay at good cost

Overall a great place to stay if you have a large group and not too worked about the location. The host made the check in process good and everything worked out for us!

Stayed for celebrating teen birthday

We were looking for a place for a group to stay so we could get to raystown lake. This is a rustic place but served our group.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The beds were so uncomfortable that we did not get a good night's sleep, and the place was kept at a very low level - was not worth the price. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This worked great for a trip with our youth group.

Would definitely use this again if needed. We had a group of 20 and it worked out well for us.

Family Christmas Evening

My family enjoyed our stay at Palmer Lodge with Friends of Golden Pond. We attended Brunch with Santa which was an awesome event and everyone was wonderful and helpful. The accommodations were not super clean and all the supplies definitely needed cleaning before use. The listing reflects 3 bedrooms when it is actually just one large bunk room. We did enjoy our stay but leaving this review for any future groups to know what to expect and bring along to enjoy your stay. Thanks for having us!

Nested just over 20 miles from Beaver Stadium, this property is an affordable lodging option for events in Centre County as well as Huntingdon County. Just a 20 minute drive from Lake Raystown and Lincoln Caverns, many guest enjoy the quiet and serene atmosphere of our camp.
