For a studio, the unit was well designed, nicely equipped and decorated. Clean. Bed was very comfortable. The pool was not adequately heated, if at all. Access to the beach was great!

Great Location

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean, small but thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We loved having ocean views from both windows and the front door, plus an easy walk to the beach. The hosts provided two beach chairs and an umbrella, which we really appreciated. The property felt safe and secure. One of my favorite parts was doing yoga during sunrise in the quiet, private pool area. There is some street noise during the day related to the newer building next door. This place is one of the last old-school small lodging options in the area, and it had a charming, personal feel that we preferred over the big hotels. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d happily return.

Great place.

This place is in a great location, right on the beach and about 10/15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale. The building is really quiet too. The weather didn’t cooperate with us during our stay but we were able to enjoy the pool- it’s heated. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fun little getaway property

This was the first time we stayed at this property, and although the unit is small, the amenities were enough for what we needed for a quick beach vacay. The Murphy bed was comfortable, the unit was definitely clean, and the ease of being right on the beach plus access to the pool was great. Very close to Pompano’s Family Pier, you could easily walk or drive down to that area if you didn’t want to stay on the beach right by the unit itself. We did both. Tons of food options in Pompano as well. Host was responsive and helpful in messages and made check in and check out simple. Would return again in the future.

Cannot beat the location!

Everything is as stated and pictures are accurate. The location on the beach was wonderful. Everything you need packed into a small studio. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the glass front door! We will be returning to Terri's little paradise as soon as we can!

Great place

This property was just what we needed. Great lil condo. We had a minor issue with parking when we arrived but our host Terri was quick to get it straightened out. And yes there was a bit a noise from the construction going on next door but didn't affect our stay in any way. Great communication. Very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Great Spot

I just love this small building setting. The outside is well maintained and it is just steps down from the pool to the beach. It is one block from the intercoastal park which is a pleasant place to watch the boats come/go and the bridge to go up. This unit is beautiful and very comfortable. It is well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. The Murphy bed is very comfortable and the large flat screen TV is a great asset. I have stayed at this place two years now and hope to continue to rent each year.

I travel to Pompano Beach about every 2 months to make sure my units are well taken care of. I am very particular about the cleanliness & appearance of my units. It is most important to me that my condos are a place where I would be happy & comfortable to stay in. You will love it here! A quiet relaxing atmosphere on a smaller more quiet scale.
