Welcome to your Downtown oasis! This two-bedroom retreat features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable living space, and a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. An elevated balcony overlooks Old Firehouse Alley with views of Historic Old Town below. Step outside to dining, nightlife, shopping, and live music — all just moments from your door.

Imagine exploring Downtown Fort Collins, enjoying local food and live music, then walking home to your downtown retreat. Grab coffee at a nearby café, take a yoga class at Old Town Yoga, and spend the evening at the Sunset Lounge for drinks and live jazz. With everything just steps away, this location puts you right in the heart of Old Town.

This home features:
Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Plus Queen Air Mattress | Sleeps 6

OUTDOOR LIVING: Elevated deck overlooking Old Firehouse Alley with an electric grill and lounge seating — just steps from Old Town Square.

INDOOR LIVING: 45" Smart TV, multiple reading/sitting areas, dining table, board games, vaulted ceilings, laptop-friendly workspace

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: One full bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between both bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes an additional sink and vanity area (please note this is not a second bathroom). A hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for every stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: One designated parking space is available one block from the loft.

HOUSE RULES:

NOTE: The private entrance is at ground level with one flight of stairs leading to the apartment, which is located entirely on the second floor. A professional office is located below the loft and operates during standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn't have been better. The space was beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious and with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time here and hopefully will return!

Fantastic location! We were in town for a wedding and we had family staying at the Elizabeth hotel nearby but we have a family member with a gluten allergy so we wanted a place with a kitchen to help accommodate that.Also this condo was cheaper than 2 rooms there. Especially when you consider the included parking spot. Little did we know there is a 100% gluten free restaurant and a gluten free ice cream shop just one block away. Both were excellent, but it was still nice to be able to make our own food too. Historic Ft Collins is adorable and has tons of retail and vintage shops. The loft is right across the road from cool hiking/biking trails next to the river. Kitchen was well appointed and the beds are soft and comfy. The space has great light and 3 tvs. Plenty of room to spread out. The only caution I can mention is the loft is located next to a pretty busy street and train tracks. The loft helpfully provides earplugs for quieter sleeping. We were fine with the noise but may be good to know if you are sensitive to night noise. Checkout was a breeze and management was very responsive to some questions. Would highly recommend this rental and would stay again.

Perfect Spot!

I stayed at this adorable apartment for a few days while visiting my son with my parents. Look no further, this place is fabulous. It has two king beds and a couple of sofas, one of which pulls out. The pillows were so comfortable. Everything was clean, and although we didn't do any significant cooking there, it came with all the essentials, including spices. There is plenty of space, and the colorful decorating made us feel at home. The location was right in the center of Old Town, directly across from The Exchange, an outdoor eatery with various counter service restaurants, ice cream, and bars. Two blocks away is the center of Old Town. It's the perfect landing spot for shopping and eating. CSU is close by, but not close enough to my son, so I still needed to drive to pick him up, but I knew that ahead of time, due to the location I wanted to be in Old Town. There is a flight of stairs to get up to the main level of the apartment, and the parking spot is a block and a half away, which would impact people with mobility issues. There were a couple of times someone was parked in the designated spot, but the second time, the person was close by, and they promptly moved the car. Right in front of the apartment is a two-hour lot, so it was nice to pull in to drop off my parents. The air conditioning and heating worked beautifully. I would stay here again!

Quick birthday trip

We traveled to Fort Collins to celebrate my son@s birthday. The condo was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and us was conveniently situated in a great part of the town where we could walk to restaurants, stores, and bars. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome time in FOCO!

We came up for our twins 23rd. birthday and had a great time! This place is perfectly located for everything you want to do in Old Town. Very clean and well appointed. We walked everywhere and it was so convenient! Also, Stacy couldn't have been better! Excellent communication and she was extremely accommodating. We'll be back!

Great Location

Fantastic little place. Great communication. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Parking is a little inconvenient being 2 blocks away but we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Amazing location!!!

This property is close to everything! Had a great time walking around old town. The unit is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. Check in was super easy. Host was easy to communicate with. Only small down side is the unit could have been cleaner considering the 189 host fee charged.

Gorgeous spot!

We loved it here. The vibe was amazing and the unit was so well appointed and really comfortable. I actually took a picture of the pillows because I loved them so much. Slept well. Great location, super walkable. Could be a little noisy but they also left ear plugs on the nightstand for us. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Short stay

I was here for a continuing education conference with my mother and 5 year old son. It was a great place to stay, close for them to walk safely to the kids museum and parks while I was gone. It was loud at night but with the provided ear plugs it wasn’t a problem. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and in a great location. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Great place, great location, great communication

Really enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The loft is exactly as presented in the add, and it is a very clean, setup with everything we needed. The neighborhood is great, with a lot of restaurant options within easy walking distance. The assigned spot isn't exactly close, but with daytime 2 hour parking right in front of the location, and overnight parking if you get a spot, it really wasn't a problem. The real bonus though was Stacy. She communicated very well throughout the entire process and was great to deal with. She made check in and check out very easy even when we ran into an issue with getting rid of the trash. If we're ever in Fort Collins again we wouldn't hesitate at all to book this or to book another property Stacy represents.

Pine Street Loft

The loft is in a great location with easy access to downtown FOCO. It was a little noisy at night and the parking situation is...interesting (2 hour parking out front and the designated spot is about a block and a half away). But the loft is a great space and has everything you need for a great stay. Definately recommend this space.
