This was the guests response after my letter to them. Dear Segolene Chevllotte, When you contacted me requesting to stay at my home during Christmas, I felt ever so moved to accommodate your family with a nice place to stay here in Sarasota, Florida, so that you could spend time with your family that would be local. Never have I imagined that someone would come into my home and break my things and take my things and tear up things that belong to me. In all the time hosting guest in my home and yes, this is my home. I have never had someone break or steal my personal items. Upon arrival with housekeeping, I found things broken. The artistic hand made sand dollar and starfish tic-tac-toe board, which is not intended for children so normally parents will put these things that are breakable away. However, in the mermaid room, there is a tic-tac-toe made out of wooden blocks that children can use with other games that won’t be harmed. The door to our owners closet was broken into and the upper hinge broken off. The Nutribullet Blender cap is missing. We also found that our guest book was missing ! The cover for our loveseat has some kind of permanent marker or nail polish that will not come out after cleaning and trying many attempts. We could not remove it. So that too will have to be replaced. Our brand new recliner had been shoved against the wall, leaving marks where it removed the finish from the recliner and left them on the wall and now our….
