Bright and modern, this third-floor condo awaits to make all your beach vacation dreams a reality. Feel your stress melt away as you grab your beverage of choice and head out to the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. Slip into your swimsuit and flip-flops and head downstairs to the complex pool, or make a beeline for the beach, steps away. Feel like grabbing a meal? No problem - many restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance if you’d rather cook at home. Henderson Beach State Park and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk are each around two miles away.

Inside the condo, you’ll find an open, airy layout. The full, modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and flows straight into the dining area and living room. Cool off each evening in the central AC while you watch a little TV or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Toss the day’s beach clothes into the washer/dryer for a quick refresh. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath and direct balcony access. Dreamy Destin memories are waiting to be made - all that’s left to do is book it.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Let’s just say photos are VERY deceiving… Due to the fact this was a “heightened” time of year in Destin we were not able to relocate or believe me, we would have!Property was listed as a 3rd floor unit, however no mention of there not being an elevator for use. Sadly it has a nice size balcony but only provides (2) chairs for seating out there.Couch is in terrible shape, VERY uncomfortable !!Only (2) kitchen towels provided for a 7 day stay…an extra set would have been nice.Pots and cutting boards still had food residue on them from the previous renter. Sliding glass door to outside patio does not slide/work properly and clearly has not for some time.Our 2nd night there as we sat on the couch deciding what we would do the next day…(Other than stay there) we had water dripping on our heads from the ceiling vent?!?!Try to call the manager you ask…. Well before we left home to come to Destin after I was bounced around (3) times in regards to the parking pass issue…which please keep in mind they make a big deal about make sure you pay your 20 per your (2) car limit pass will be waiting, jokes on us….there is no pass…IF and I stress if they want to check, they just run your plate to see if you’ve actually registered your car and of course paid your 20.There is no such thing as quiet hours there…I want to have just as much fun as the next guy, However at 3:00 A.M. someone needs to call it!!!And finally they ask you to help housekeeping out amungst your departure only to

At first glance the condo seemed in good condition. Not long after arrival I noticed my baby had black all over her legs, as if the condo was not cleaned correctly/the floors were filthy. They did offer to come clean the floors when we complained about it but that should have been done before hand. The beds were not super comfy but sleepable. We had some issues with the ac, anytime we would try to communicate it would take 4 hours to get a response. The condo also has sugar ants. The air vent above the couch has a leak.

Me gusto mucho la casa estaba hermosa limpian espaciosa y tenia una buena ubicación esta situada en el mismo centro de destin tiene todo cerca restaurante atracciones walmart incluso tiene un parque acuatico al frente de la localidad tiene su playa privada con un aceso facil estaba hermosa la recomiendo mucho le dou un 10/10

Great rental for a family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental for our vacation. It is always so nice to be able to stay in a clean, comfortable condo after spending the day at the beach. St. Martin Beachwalk Villas is the perfect place to stay in Destin for beach access. We really appreciated the quick and polite response from guest services when we had an issue. Overall this was a great experience. We will be definitely be returning!

Great Rental!

This room was very accommodating for our family vacation. The beach access was easy to get to and worked great. And the location was in a great spot for the other local entertainment.

Good location although slightly disappointing

The location with beach access was great, fairly clean and quiet property. Do not expect any beach towels or gear to be provided. Full kitchen was nice although no basics such as salt/ pepper provided. Bring your own blow dryer as well if you are planning on going out for a nice dinner. WiFi was spotty our entire stay, even with a second network/password provided.

Great weekend stay

My daughter had a cheer competition about 15 mins away. Stay was great, very clean and comfortable! Access to the beach was just a short walk through the parking lot. Would stay here again if ever needed!
