Loved this place. Perfect for our family. Really nice and clean. Close to the awesome beaches. We had such a great vacation and this home is a big reason why. Thanks to our host.

Close to Crest Lake Park

Perfect for our needs - close to my office and near local restaurants. Had all of the amenities we needed. Came home early one day and we rode bikes from the house in the beautiful nearby park. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable after a long day. Would stay here again.

A perfect and happy stay!

This is a perfect vacation house! The layout of the actual house makes so much sense as a vacation home, there’s lots of space in between each room which allows for privacy, perfect for groups of friends. The house is nicely decorated, well stocked, and very clean, with amenities such as a brand new washer and dryer set, a really nice fridge that dispenses sparkling water from the door (yes, really!!), and remote controlled lighting that can be set to change light brightness and warmth. The house boasts many fun features as well from the giant TVs, nice sound system, and pool table. The backyard is very spacious and features plenty of outdoor seating, a grill, and the star of the house: the hot tub which is perfectly placed and has the cutest lights strung above making it the perfect atmosphere for outside recreation. The house is in a perfect location as well. It is within walking distance to a lovely park and walking bridge, and is just minutes away from many Clearwater tourist destinations including the BayCare ballpark, the aquarium, and the beach. The property owner is warm and welcoming, and excellent with communication. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book another vacation here.

Clearwater Vacation

This home is so cozy and inviting! All the amenities you could need, from kitchen items and bathroom items. All of the appliances appeared to be brand new, always nice! The Master Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had this simple elegance to it! Such a pleasant stay! 💕

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

The house was perfect fully stocked with towels and necessities and super clean! This is our new go to vacation rental. There was plenty of room for the whole family and the hot tub made our stay perfect. We came to Tampa for the WWE Royal Rumble and most of our stay the weather was cloudy and windy but thanks to the beautiful back yard with hot tub and grill we were still able to enjoy our family vacation. I highly recommend staying here!

This property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood near Down Town and Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg and many other areas. There is a county park a block away with beautiful walking trails, sport amenities and much more. Many great restaurants and breweries nearby.
