Overall a great place. A couple of maintenance issues such as a couple of outdoor fence pieces missing, ( we had dogs so fencing was important). Host was very responsive. Location was perfect for our trip.

Great Place in the Heart of Clearwater

Cheerful and cozy it was! Clean, comfortable, and provisioned with everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. The location is great, right between Clearwater and Dunedin, with beaches, parks, grocery, and quaint town all within minutes. We had a great stay with no issues.

Great Little House!

Very cozy place. Nice interior, beautiful kitchen and bathroom. The shower was a 10/10. Beds were comfy too. Was in a great, quiet location. Short drive to Clearwater beach. Lots of other things to do nearby.Hard to think of a better spot to stay for a couple nights!

Overall very happy with the house, super cute and all kitchen amenities included so that was super nice! Downfalls would be the listing said hot tub, but there was no hot tub. The bathroom did have jets in the shower tub but that’s the closest thing I’d say to a hot tub. Also the futon on the bedroom was covered in sand. We did message the number on the white board left to contact host, but no response was received. So we cleaned it the best we could. There was no sheets left for the futon, and it was stained with white stains so we had to take a sheet of a regular bed and use It so we could use the futon. Other than that it was a beautiful home and we will def stay again if we come to clear water again!

Short but pleasant stay!

Clean & comfortable home, wonderful beds; kitchen was well equipped with many amenities making for a pleasant stay. Located in a good area, quiet neighborhood; grocery stores and shopping close by. Hosts were awesome and readily available. I highly recommend this rental!

Lovely experience

The home was lovely. Our first vrbo experience. Had some stress over not understanding how check in worked. Some delay in correspondence with check in but everything else was perfect. Hope to stay again next year. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay

The house is amazing, clean and has everything you may need to make your stay a wonderful experience. The house location is perfect with store really close and the beach is a15 min ride. The owners are wonderful.

Wonderful time

The house was located close to all attractions and areas we wanted to go to: John’s Pass, Clearwater beach, Dunedin and Safety Harbor. It was spacious and beautifully decorated while the backyard had us comfortable into the night with the fire pit. The hostess was excellent and went out of her way to make our trip special. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Nice Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The only minor issue we had upon checking in was that the floor could've use more sweeping. The house and decor is nice with a good sized kitchen, which was STOCKED with everything you'd need if you choose to cook and dine. Very very useful. The dining room has a glass top table which, if not careful, can start to tip if you lean on it. However, the base was very heavy which made it almost impossible to move the table for more space for the chairs against the wall. The toilet has an add-on bidet feature which is a nice thought, but we didn't use it and it just took up sitting-space. Backyard is very cool and very useful for evening-time, whether having dinner or just hanging out. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Ultimately we enjoyed our 5-night stay very much and is a great potential for another stay in the future if we are ever in the Clearwater area again.
