Beautifully decorated completely remodeled included in the remodel heated floors. Very close to everything in Big Bear. Walk to snow summit on a snowy day your could ski back to this beautiful cabin. Books, games, WiFi and cable all included. BBQ on back porch. National forest walking distance. If you mountain bike the world class biking at snow summit is just up the street.

Super cozy cabin whole home backs up to the back entry to a camp, so it is very private and peaceful.

The neighborhood is walking distance to snow summit. For skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking.

Guest are required to dispose of their own trash at dump locations.

Community Impact Program: At Awesome Vacation Homes, Inc. rental properties, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a donation of $1 per night from you to the Friends of Big Bear Alpine Zoo, a licensed wildlife rehabilitation hospital and conservation education center that treats sick, injured and orphaned wildlife in the Big Bear Valley. Nancy was a wonderful host! She had great communication throughout our stay. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to the Village and Snow Summit.

This is a beautiful property at an amazing location just a five minute walk from the bottom of the snow summit lifts.

Cute cabin in Big Bear Lake

Nice little well-kept cabin in the forest, in a peaceful and pleasant, walkable neighborhood. Great setup for couple or family, not too far to walk to the lake, would be ideal for skiers.

Nice getaway

Our stay was nice and peacefull , enjoyed the space and all the amenities had everything we needed, the location was close to restaurants, stores , the village, etc... thank you Nancy, for making the process of renting the cabin so simple, we will definitely contact you again in the future

Nice cabin; great location

We enjoyed the cabin and the quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to access to everything. Definite Big Bear charm. Communication with Nancy was near instantaneous.

Great location and cute cabin. It was hot outside and unfortunately no AC inside, so it was hard to get the rooms to cool down until the evening. There are box fans provided, though, for air flow.

It is true that not many cabins in our area offer air conditioning, but we find that the box fans usually do the trick for optimal air circulation. We are glad you stayed with us, though, as El Alamo is convenient to the resorts, town and easy access to the free trolley system. The home is super cute and close to Snow Summit. Great for kids to play around the house. We did have an issue with hot water not working and the kitchen was a struggle with ants everywhere.

Perfect Location

It is very close to Snow Summit. Just a few blocks away. But we still drove for convenience because the walk is all uphill. Pros: clean home, location, fully stocked kitchen, very responsive management Cons: a few spiders and kitchen sink was being serviced at the time of our stay but not a big deal.. Will definitely return!

The cabin was great! We had great communication with the property management. Everything was very clean. They provide you with one nights worth of wood for the inside fireplace. There is room to park 3 cars. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You can walk to the main Street Big Bear Blvd. Where there are lots of restaurants ans shops. I wouod definitely stayvhere again 😊
