Lovely apartment for a couple or two friends. Very clean, attractive and well appointed! The second bedroom with the twin bed is super tiny and probably best for a small child. Location is just lovely and super private and quiet. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay! The apartment is above a detached garage and it was very quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning unit is in the one bedroom, so we had to keep the doors open at night to cool down the whole apartment, but that didn’t bother us. There was a cute little balcony with a table and chairs with a beautiful view. We only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed longer!

This little guest house was the perfect size and location for our brief trip to Ithaca. Just the right amount of space for the two of us with comfortable, nicely appointed furnishings. The view of the property with the glassy pond and surrounding hills was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The property was lovely and had a beautiful view of the valley below. The bed was so comfortable! The place was very clean and well appointed. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay and meeting you and your dogs. The place was clean and well maintained. The AC in the bedroom worked great. The WiFi worked well except for some sporadic drops. Overall, we had a good time and would recommend this to friends.

Family Vacation

We stayed here while visiting for our family reunion and it was PERFECTION! The apartment had incredible views and modern updates it was relaxing, peaceful and clean. 10/10 definitely recommend staying here. Great communication from friendly and helpful host. Thank you!!

Our stay at Newfield NY

This is our first experience doing a VRBO and totally enjoyed it. They provided a home touch with quality linens, coffee and herbs to cook your own dinner. Very clean and the owners are so friendly. Would highly recommend this VRBO. M&M

Beautiful renovation, beautiful views.

The re-do of this space is amazing, with only a couple exceptions I want to leave these notes as they could be simple fixes. Firstly, the master bedroom window does not close fully allowing a host of bugs to join us each day as the moveable lower does not seal properly against the upper which allows them to enter. Second, the other bedroom is really just a kids room at best and is a very small space. However, the rest of the unit is simply amazing! Open kitchen, living room, dining room was perfect. Super comfortable furniture made cozy nights watching TV or listening to music magical, and the small deck/breakfast area by the front door gave perfect views of the hills as the leaves changed. The view from there with morning coffee was simply stunning! The hosts were also A+, answering questions promptly on the app, respecting our privacy, and just being a perfect example of what a great Vrbo host is. Thank you for sharing your space and making this trip possible. Highly recommend this unit, and will stay here again next year!

Great location

Appreciated the location most! Just minutes from Ithaca and many hiking options. The kitchen had enough comforts of home to make meals and eat in. A few minor issues were quickly handled by the owner, including noting that the water filter in the fridge indicated a need for replacement. The owners left the filter as is but brought us bottled water. Future guests should know there are stairs to enter the guesthouse. The view is stunning.
