Very clean guesthouse. Fully furnished with just about everything that you would need. Friendly host. Beautiful scenery. Would stay again if visiting Ithaca for a show or otherwise.

Newfield getaway

Birthday weekend getaway to visit the Ithaca area: sightseeing, hiking and exploring. Nice property - clean, convenient, quiet and cozy. Perfect for a couple.

Newly renovated guest house

Very nice loft home. Well laid out, clean, comfortable furniture, easy access. Well prepared for visitors to the area. We would look to book this location in the future should we return to the Fionger Lakes area.

Quiet Get Away

Wanted to explore the Ithaca area. This was a perfect oasis outside the city to enjoy everything Ithaca has to offer but get away from it all in the evening. Quiet. Will definitely stay again if/when we stay in the area again. Everything was great.

Welcome to the Countryside

The guest house was well designed and maintained. I appreciated the small touches like coffee and fresh fruit. While the wifi isn't the best, you aren't in the Finger lakes to use wifi. Overall, we would love to stay again

Peaceful stay in Newfield, New York

We spent 5 days at our VRBO in Newfield. The unit was clean, well-appointed, without being "fussy". The setting is quiet and peaceful and we loved the owners' dogs on the property, who regularly came up to greet us. The setting is remote enough to be a retreat, but not too far from attractions in the area such as fishing and wineries. We found a very nice IGA in Spencer for groceries. We truly enjoyed our stay !

Cute Cabin

We had a wonderful time, the views were beautiful. Hosts were so kind and thoughtful. The only problem was from the Vrbo listing . We thought it had two queen beds/bedrooms as stated in ad. It all turned out fine and we would stay there again! Loved it !

Lovely apartment for a couple or two friends. Very clean, attractive and well appointed! The second bedroom with the twin bed is super tiny and probably best for a small child. Location is just lovely and super private and quiet. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay! The apartment is above a detached garage and it was very quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning unit is in the one bedroom, so we had to keep the doors open at night to cool down the whole apartment, but that didn’t bother us. There was a cute little balcony with a table and chairs with a beautiful view. We only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed longer!

This little guest house was the perfect size and location for our brief trip to Ithaca. Just the right amount of space for the two of us with comfortable, nicely appointed furnishings. The view of the property with the glassy pond and surrounding hills was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
