the kitchen had everything we need, even the air fryer! Some of the sauces do need to be thrown away due to expiration but a very awesome experience for us! The view from lanai is impeccable. The house is actually on the golf course and you will see golf carts running around, which is not really a big deal for us. Loved our stay!!!

There was a rat in the condo. The host clearly knew that there was a rat living in the open beam ceiling and didn’t do anything to remove it. She took no precautions to ensure the safety of her guests. There were rat droppings underneath the open beam ceiling. There was dirt under all of the furniture. This is my first experience with VRBO and I am quite disappointed.

The area was amazing and the condo community was very clean and beautiful. The condo was excellent and well stocked, very clean. One thing to note is the outside beach equipment is pretty worn out, but other than that everything was wonderful.

Incredible Views!!

My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon on Kauai and it was amazing. The VRBO was incredible. Watching the sunrise over the ocean was our favorite. The host was great to work with and quick to respond if we had any questions. You won’t regret staying here!

Lovely property and views. Unit receives amazing tradewinds and everything we could want was included in the rental except beach equipment like chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Owner did state in the instructions that they try to keep up with that stuff. However, it is difficult with multiple renters over time. There were two boogie boards in great beach towels. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only thing that kept us from getting five stars was that the unit was a little dated in furnishing, and it was starting to show. That being said, the bed and pillows were amazing! Overall great value for the location and the quick communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again and we are very grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it.

Perfect condo for a relaxing getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Pamela's Princeville condo. Location was perfect and provided local access to so many stunning local spots on the North Shore, and the property was stocked with all the beach equipment you could possible need! We loved catching the sunrise every morning from the patio which overlooked the coast. The kitchen was also incredibly well stocked with various spices, cooking oils, etc. The lack of Air conditioning really wasnt an issue and we visited in mid July and the sleeping temperatures were still very comfortable! We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Honeymoon getaway

We loved this condo! It was the perfect location with great ocean views. Easy central spot to navigate around the North Shore. Clean & quiet. We enjoyed sleeping with the patio doors open and bedroom windows for a nice cross breeze. Would stay here again!

Quiet getaway with all the amenities

This condo sits right on the 15th green of the Princeville golf course, which is a perfect place to watch the sunrise in Kauai. It's in a perfect location, close to everything on the North shore. The amenities were a blessing, having boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler make this condo perfect for your vacation. Would definately stay here again!!

Great place and location

Pam’s place was amazing, the views were incredible. Right on the golf course with a small walk to the ocean. The neighbors were super friendly, and the place was in such a great location. A short drive to food, gas, and shops

very nice house in great surroundings

The house is very beautiful and the surroundings are incredible. We had a great time there. If there are any problems, Pamela is available immediately and solves the problem. Excellent. Anini Beach in particular would be a very special place for us.

Relaxing and Beautiful

Wonderful place to stay and a great place to set out on adventures. We enjoyed the peaceful golf course view and ocean in the distance as well as the chicken visitors. Condo was clean and well provided for.

great stay in Kauai

The property is very clean and I totally enjoyed my stay. My only criticisms would be that the front door lock needs some attention, there should be some beach towels or mention that you need to bring your own, and the bedroom closet is 80% filled with the owners' belongings. Other than that, I had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this VRBO.

Fantastic condo and location

This stay was short notice, so it was big for one person. Everything was very nice and location fantastic. Lots of wildlife. Highly recommended.

Ray and I have blended our beautiful families in Lake Tahoe and they have all fallen in love with our Kauai getaway, also! We share ownership with my sister, Melinda, who is a private chef. All of our families have traveled to the beautiful island of Kauai, one travels there every year, since we have owned it. Now their friends have fallen in love with Kauai, also. They could have traveled anywhere for their honeymoons...their choice? Kauai. There is no place more romantic. We have lived in the beautiful mountains of Lake Tahoe for 47 years. We also love the tropical beaches and climate of the Hawaiian Islands. Our dear friends moved to Kauai nearly 26 years ago and when we visited them 26 years ago, we fell in love with Kauai. Now we have the best of both paradises.
