Overlooking the town of Lead from the deck this townhouse is located 2 blocks from the grocery store. Back yard and kitchen window is a beautiful view of the hills with lots of wildlife. Grill located on the deck with outdoor seating. Close to everything but with the feel of a secluded stay.

Walk into the main living space with an open floor plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen, island with seating for 5, cozy seating in the living area with a flat screen TV and decorative gas fireplace. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and TV.

1st snowmobile to the black hills

Very nice place and location. We had a few issues but the manager was very responsive and made our trip a pleasure. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our family stay

My husband and I stayed with my son and his girlfriend for a couple days. Great location, easy access, nice amenities, cute decor, comfortable beds. We would stay here again :-)

Comfortable Home Away From Home

Sweet little house in a residential neighborhood. Well stocked, clean and tastefully decorated. Our stay was comfortable and cozy.

Lead, SD Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Nobody was staying in the upstairs space so it was quiet all week. The townhome situated in a great location to all tourist destinations! The beds were very comfortable. We had no issues with the place or the host and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable accommodations near all major attractions.

Fun little getaway

We enjoyed this place. Perfect for our family of 5 for the 4th of July week. It was a good place to get to many of the places we wanted to visit. I loved having the washer and dryer as we went on many hikes and got wet and sweaty and dirty. The full kitchen was great too so we could bring our own food and not spend so much on eating out. The couch was comfortable and from our windows we could see the Lead fireworks show over the mine! It was SO loud, but really awesome. There was also some wildlife that would come by occasionally in the back and the front of the house. {wild turkeys and their babies and some deer} Overall a fun place to stay!

Overall much enjoyed!

The townhouse worked perfect for our girls trip to the Black Hills. The grill worked great and the kitchen was well stocked. The only complaint (if I am being very picky) was the cleaning. Things were dusty and we could tell that decorations were not moved and cleaned as we found garbage amungst them. It did not feel gross, just not clean. We could also not figure out how to run the garbage disposal, so some instructions on that could be beneficial. Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Clean and close to everything

This house was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean and location was so close to Terry Peak and Deadwood. It was super clean and decorated so cute.
