This sweet, cozy, and relaxing beach cottage is ready for you in 2026! Sleeps 6!

We are Angelo and Gail Memmolo. We are from Massachusetts. We have two adult daughters and a dog a chocolate lab named Snickers who loves Maine as well. We have been coming to Wells for 30 years enjoying the beach with our family once they got older we decided that maybe we could find a nice little seasonal beach cottage in the area four years ago we purchased a cottage at Beach Dreams and have enjoyed sharing it with guests from all over New England, Canada and Florida as well. The cottage is the sweetest little individual getaway and has all the amenities that you need. We make it as cozy and comfortable as possible with all the daily necessities. The pool is heated with umbrella tables, lounge chairs and a spacious jacuzzi that’s so amazing! There are Pickleball courts right across from our cottage which our guests love! There is also a fitness area and a game room as well. The summer is very busy so a ride to the beach may take a little bit of time but it’s worth it! Many guests even ride their bikes to wells beach. We are in love with this area and can’t wait to share it with you.🏖️

we chose this area because there is so much to do for families or if you just want to enjoy relaxing at the beach on your own that is amazing as well. There are so many restaurants, shops, and beaches that you can just. Spend a full day taking it all in or you can relax at the beach cottage perhaps reading or sitting poolside. We also love that it’s very close to everything such as York beach, Old Orchard Beach and Kittery outlets.

I think what makes our cottage unique is the quiet location at the back of the complex and I love decorating and I feel like when you come into the unit you will notice all of the Beach decor, the soft, beautiful seafoam green walls and nautical colors and accessories really pull the cottage together and make it feel luxurious and relaxing. We also have brand new comfy sleeper sofas and one is on the porch so it gives families a little more privacy. There is also a television in both bedrooms and in the sun porch.
