The Remedy is a luxurious vacation home offering partial ocean views from the master bedrooms and the main living area. This breathtaking multi-level beach home boasts a stunning marble lap pool, a cozy hot tub, an outdoor covered entertainment lounge, and a crystal stone fire pit, creating the perfect ambiance for evening cocktails by the sea.

The main level of this exquisite retreat spans two floors and features a sparkling gourmet kitchen equipped with professional-grade appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, a double wall oven, a deluxe refrigerator, and a full-size wine cooler. The open-space concept seamlessly connects the kitchen to a sand maple dining table for six and a marble breakfast bar accommodating three guests. The spacious living room, adorned with a flat-screen TV, a small library, and games for all ages, provides a pullout sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.

Also situated on the main level is a generous King bedroom with an ensuite bath boasting a tiled tub and shower combo. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and is conveniently located next to the hall guest bath with a full shower.

Our stay at the house was excellent in every way except for the outdoor grill.We were very disappointed in the state of the grill.You really need to deep clean or better still invest in a new one.Burgers on the stove are just not the same

Very nice home and neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Only caution the 2nd set of steps leading to the front door, they are painted gray and with the sun glare the bottom step can easily be missed when going down causing falls.

Really nice plac

Startting to show its age just a bit. It is a wonderful place really enjoyed our stay. Only issue was some cigarette butts and a cotton swab by the pool. Otherwise place was very clean. Thinking of renting this and the house in front for big family reunion

Fabulous location! Large spacious updated home

The beach is typically calm waves because it’s more inland on the bay. Restaurants within walking distance. Home has been fully renovated. Pool was great. It is not heated. We had issues with the hot tub, but they quickly fixed it. Maintenance was really quick. We would definitely stay here again. We even forgot a couple items, maintenance Went to grab those items and ship them back to us. Showers are large and nice. The two upstairs bedrooms are ginormous. Back porch has nice fans and there’s a breeze from the ocean.

Beautiful home by the ocean on Tybee Island

This is a beautifully maintained house with three king, one queen and a pull-out sofa bed. It’s tastefully decorated and fully stocked with kitchenware, cookware and high end appliances. It’s in a private neighborhood with other monster houses. The upstairs two master suites are considerably bigger than the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms and more light-filled, as well. There is a pickleball court directly in front of the property, just beyond the fence, which is not in the pictures of the listing. There is also a bocce court there, I think. No one played either sport while we were there, thankfully. The ocean within walking distance of the house is calm. There are no waves as there are islands blocking the ocean. This is a serene beach that is not crowded. You’ll need to drive or bike to North Beach where waves are if you want surf. The house pool is just lovely and it is the perfect temperature. The rental company texted with a hyperlink with the code needed to access the front door and were available, if I needed them, which I didn’t. We could not figure out how to turn the light on in the pool. Maybe that wasn’t a light I saw in there, I don’t know? This house, again, is absolutely gorgeous. One final thing-I didn’t have to strip the beds at checkout which I truly appreciate.

Family Vacation

Check in process was easy. When booking, we didn’t realize the house was on the side of the Sound, not the main beach. Every beach access close to the house was either private or flooded and non-accessible. We thankfully had rented a golf cart which made traveling to other access points easier! The pool cleaning service did show up on Friday, but we were unable to use the hot tub during the entire stay. It was extremely murky and smelt like rotten/eggs/sulfur. We didn’t feel comfortable getting in the water. I’m confident they didn’t clean it when they came. I wouldn’t say the pictures exactly matched and/or were taken recently. We did have an issue with the neighbors across the driveway- a group of young boys were there for a sleepover and decided it’d be funny to throw things into the pool all weekend. It started out with just food items, but woke up Sunday morning to fish/herring swimming in the pool, more food in and around the pool which caused ants, sporting equipment, etc. We did speak with the parents and they were having a birthday sleepover so don’t think it’s likely to occur again, but it was extremely frustrating to deal with. We also had two young children in the pool at the time they initially started up. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would definitely choose a house located in a different area with beach access close to the main beach!

Terrific Tybee

We love Tybee Island and this house was perfect for our stay. We love the ocean but have some smaller grandkids that don’t love it as much as the rest of us! The pool was perfect for a combination of a little bit of beach relaxation and pool swimming fun for all ages! The kitchen has everything you need to whip up some quick breakfast in the morning. There is a grill outside if you are so inclined to make dinner at home for everyone as well. Tybee has some really good restaurants that you will definitely want to try! Sundae Cafe is a must! Get your reservations early though. They book up fast! For family fun “The Remedy” is just what the doctor ordered!

The home is away from the main tourist beach area of the island. Great for a large family stay; plenty of room to spread out and the porches are amazing.The management company was wonderful to work with and were fast to respond to my questions.My only suggestion is to purchase your groceries/supplies at the Publix on US 80 before you drive to the island. You won't want to leave this relaxing home and there is just a small IGA store on the island.We will definitely consider this home again.

They don’t mention that there is a steam shower, but discovering that upon arrival was like a second Christmas present. The master bedroom master bathroom is for lack of words immaculate. The only reason I gave three stars on the maintenance section is because the spa had not been treated recently, and in trying to use it I ended up going into moldy water. But other than that the inside was completely flawless. The property managers were very professional and making sure that they asked all the questions and tailored to all the needs. This is one of the first properties , I really wish I could have stayed at forever.

A Remedy for all that ails you

The house was beautiful and well equipped, Kelly the property manager was super responsive. The morning after we arrived she addressed our issue with the pool vacuum, the broken blender and lack of towels, immediately and with a smile on her face! There is construction on the house immediately behind and this cuts off your view of the beach, but the noise of it all didn’t both us in the least! The beach access is essentially gone and yeah that sucks but we honestly only went to the beach one day. Beach advice, rent chairs ( there were a few but we needed 6, and bring bug spray the biting flys and ants are no joke) and plan to be there for a while, you won’t want to make the trip back to the house often. It’s a beach town, there are quaint restaurants, touristy shops and local grocer, so we mainly hung out at the house. It was a fun 3 days filled with sun, laughter and friends in a comfortable, clean house what more can you ask for!

The Remedy was so very comfortable for everyone from toddler to grandparents! We were impressed from the moment we walked in with the beauty, space, and thoughtful touches (thanks for the cool welcome gift!). Very much a luxury property! The layout was great for our multi-generation group with a spacious, open living area and great bedroom choices on the main floor and upstairs. Location is great - beautiful neighborhood and very walkable to beach, restaurants, and shops. We also enjoyed time in Savannah. But, by far, our favorite time was spent in the beautiful pool. The pool is large and well designed so that groups can play and lounge at the same time without bothering each other. The adjacent covered area was great for breaks from the sun, snacking, or watching sports or movies on the outdoor TV. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier! Everyone was so relaxed and happy; nobody wanted to leave! Highly recommend!

I will say we had construction every morning right in front of the home (the porch faces multiple constriction workers all day) so you enjoy ur cup of coffee facing trash bins and porta potties! And not quiet. Other than that which can’t be helped it was very nice. Comfortable beds. The ice maker didn’t work and we ran out of propane which we replaced... they mentioned refunding us but never did. They did deliver ice and bottled water (refrigerator washer also didn’t work)a few days after we mentioned it not working.

Beach access prices with no beach access

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Listing said 500ft but the boardwalk was destroyed. Unless your whole family are serious climbers, the closest public access is much further. Property said the walk was damaged due to weather but all the other houses' walks were fine. Also, they are building several houses within ear shot.

Remedy

The house was good except for the lack of blinds in the master bedroom. Saying it has a water view is laughable. I was told it had a beach access by the house. It did not exist. We had to drive to find an access and parking.

Perfect beach getaway

Remedy is a gem. From the convenient location, to the pristine setting, it did not disappoint. We were faced with less than ideal weather on our trip, but still had the trip of a lifetime with everything that the house offers. 10/10 recommend choosing this beautiful home when visiting Tybee with family or friends.
