Worst VRBO I ever leased. NO Heat for Pool!

When I rented this VRBO the amenities were identified below. See comment after each. This is the worst house I have ever rented. Owner showed me how to wash my face so as not to need washcloth. He told me to use toilet paper (single ply provided) to blow my nose and toss in toilet. This was because he supplied no trashcan for the kitchen or bathrooms. Tells 73 year old woman how to wash my face and blow my nose. REALLY! Top family-friendly amenities • Living/Dining area YES • Kitchen YES • Microwave YES Popular amenities • Hot Tub Landlord wouldn’t heat • Fireplace No, None working • Pet friendly NO, Large & Small Holes in Yard • Free WiFi Added VPN Weak Password • Outdoor Space Yes, but weeds were 14” – 20” high • Barbecue grill Yes • Washer Washer/dryer Combo. Had to get • On knees and drain after each load • Dryer NO Combo – takes 6 ½ hrs to dry load • Air conditioning Yes Beach • Beach loungers Yes but wooden w/ no pads useless Pool/Spa • Outdoor pool NO. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Palm Desert—very quiet, with no traffic at all. The property is located next to the amazing Civic Center Park. You can walk to the park in just a few minutes and enjoy a variety of activities, including tennis, volleyball, the Aquatic Center, a dog park, and more.
It’s also just a few blocks from the famous El Paseo Street and the McCallum Theatre, and only minutes away from the mall, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods.
Here, you’ll feel right at home. :)
