Access the private backyard from both the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy the covered patio with lounge sofas, coffee table, propane grill, saltwater pool and hot tub heating available only for SPA not the full pool, If you prefer a heated pool for swimming, the heated aquatic pools at Civic Center Park, located just next door, are available for guests to enjoy for a small fee.

PET GUIDLINES
Dogs are welcome (maximum of 1 dog) with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, which must be paid prior to check-in.
The fully fenced backyard provides a great space for your dog to play. Please walk your dog outside the property for bathroom breaks whenever possible.
Dogs must be fully house-trained.
Any indoor pet accidents, excessive shedding, or pet-related damage will result in additional cleaning and/or repair charges.
Please clean up after your dog at all times, including in the backyard.
Dogs must not be left unattended at the property unless they are securely crated.
SUPPLIES & FEES:
We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent upon arrival. For 30 day stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
EV Charging: Fees may apply based on vehicle size & voltage. Note- We do not provide a charger
SECURITY CAMERAS:
Our property has four exterior-only security cameras located at the Driveway, front door, backyard, and side yard. They face outward toward entry points, record no audio, and are used for safety and insurance purposes. There are no indoor cameras anywhere on the property.

No parties, events or large gatherings.
30-day cancellation policy
Please be considerate of neighbors — no loud noise or disturbances.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No smoking anywhere in the house.
Photo ID may be required at check-in.
The fireplace is not available for guest use
For stays of more than 28 days, guests may be required to sign a separate rental agreement in accordance with local regulations.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
AC Settings: The thermostat minimum is 75°F cooling and 77°F heating due to prior misuse. If this is a concern, we can discuss seasonal adjustments. An additional fee may apply.
- EXTRA UTILITY CHARGES
Pool and Spa heating is available upon request.
Note: Guests who choose to use Pool and SPA heating and Air conditioning are responsible for utility charges that exceed the monthly allowances listed below.
Guests acknowledge any gas, water and electricity combined charges exceeding $350 per month will be billed to the guest through VRBO end of the month to pay.
Copies of the monthly utility bills will be provided through VRBO for transparency and verification of any excess utility charges.
Payment is due within 72 hours of the payment request. If payment is not received within 72 hours, the property owner reserves the right to suspend spa, pool heating and AC services without further notice until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Occupancy Limit:
Maximum of 8 guests — up to 2 guests per bedroom, plus 2 children under 12.
Parking Limit:
Maximum of 1 vehicle per bedroom.
