Loved our time here! Clean place and easy access. We were family of 5 and it fit us great. We loved playing pickleball in the mornings and loved being close to turtle bay and loved the walking path kaiwela trail, absolutely beautiful and then turtles swimming in the bay. I would stay here again!

We traveled with another couple, and this property was perfect for us, with bedroom and bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Furnishings were lovely and the location was so convenient for everything on the North Shore, as well as the PCC. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a cooler were provided, which was a great added amenity for a property in this area. Helena was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property for 5 people for 9 nights! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Having the beach chairs and boogie boards to use was very convenient!

Great location

Great location and attentive property manager. Check in was a breeze! The screen door on the lanai is a little tricky & the bathrooms could use a little updating, but all in all it was a great unit and I would stay here again.

Beautiful Place, Great Location, and Well-Equipped

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in the north shore in this comfortable, clean, and well-equipped condominium within a short walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort. We would recommend this place to others and will keep it on our short list of rentals in the future.

Wonderful Stay

What a great family holiday. Safe, clean, and comfortable townhome located in the beautiful North Shore. Plenty of room for our family to relax in our own spaces. We really enjoyed the beach gear, being so close to Turtle Bay Resort, and exploring Oahu. Helena is terrific. Quick and clear communication and very welcoming. We would enjoy staying here again. Thank you for a great week.

Great property - great location!

This property suited our needs perfectly for our stay on Oahu. Our two teenagers appreciated the twin beds in the loft so they didn't have to share a bed. The property was clean and sufficiently appointed. We saved about $2K by staying here vs. Turtle Bay! The waves in winter on the North Shore are simply incredible - a must see!

Plenty of room.

There was plenty of room for our family. AC was nice. However, dryer did not work for the length of our stay which made drying clothes, swim stuff and towels tough. Noisy with Kam Highway close by and several roosters.

Property had many issues. It needs to be remodeled before being rented again!!!! Bathrooms, especially tub and showers are ancient. Hardware was rusted and shower upstairs is minimal in size. Floors had cracks in tile and the grout was aged to the point it was dirty looking. Extreme problem with ants especially in kitchen. Crawling all over sink and counter and anything placed there!! We were forced to wash everything before use. Needless to say we ate out. I contacted host. Explained our concerns. Requested a different unit. She had no units available. I then requested a partial refund. She did not reply to this request. We feel we were dealing with false advertising. Pictures on listing conveniently didn’t show any of these problems!!!

When you contacted us during your stay, we visited the property promptly to personally inspect your concerns. We found the home to be clean and fully functional, with all advertised amenities available. While there is one cracked floor tile, we believe this did not affect the functionality of the home. We understand that the bathrooms and kitchen reflect an older style, and we agree that they are ready for a refresh. In fact, updates to these areas are already scheduled. That said, the listing photos accurately represent the current condition of the condo, including the bathrooms and kitchen, so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Regarding the ants, this is an occasional challenge in Hawaiʻi's tropical climate, particularly if food is left on the counters. We maintain a regular professional pest control program, and when you reported the issue, we responded promptly to assist. We take all guest feedback seriously and strive to resolve concerns as quickly as possible. While we were unable to offer an alternate unit because we were fully booked, we did respond promptly to your report and inspected the property ourselves. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience, and we look forward to completing the planned upgrades in the near future.

North Shore Condo

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo is within walking distance to Turtle Bay or if you prefer to drive, there is ample parking available at the hotel. The owner's provided everything we needed for the beach although the beach chairs could use updating. The pools, tennis courts and pickle ball courts were all great. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of paper products and trash bags for our week long stay. The kitchen could use additional cooking utensils and the blender did not work. The master bathroom needs updating, the shower is VERY small. There are lots of beaches to explore, restaurants and food trucks, but you will need a car.

Not as advertised - huge disappointment

Property was not clean upon arrival, filthy shower curtains & couch. Rented unit for 2 weeks and the unit next door was undergoing a complete renovation. Rental agent claimed to be unaware & that it should not have been allowed. On the Saturday morning we left, painting crew showed up next door at 7:15 to begin work for the day. Very disappointed
