Quality 3BR | 2.5 BA Furnished Townhouse with 2 car attached garage - close to shopping, brewery, Windsor bike trail near property. 7 minutes from I-25. Dogs allowed (sorry, no cats)

Fully equipped kitchen, den, dining room, powder room, and clothes washer and dryer on main floor. Two furnished guest bedrooms with double beds upstairs with a shared bathroom. Extra-large master bedroom with a king-size bed, office area with desk, smart TV, and a private bathroom with 2 sinks, large shower and huge walk-in closet. All furnishings and materials are brand new. Two-car attached garage with storage. Bed linens and bath towels supplied.

NO Smoking or House parties of any kind allowed. Trash service and snow removal is provided. HOA rules are to be adhered too. Contact the owner for more additional information. Rental insurance is required.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The check in/out process was simple, the owner was very responsive to our handful of questions, the property was spotless and exactly as described, and the location was ideal. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

Lovely well appointed home

We had a wonderful stay. It is a nice location, with a view of the mountains, and easy access to walk paths. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is roomy and well appointed with nice decor. We had a wonderful stay.

A+++ Rental!! We Highly Recommend—check it out!

The townhome is FANTASTIC! It’s spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, has top of the line appliances, a complete & detailed set of high quality cooking & dining supplies, a family size dining table, a big comfortable L shaped sectional couch, a spacious & usable garage, and all of the beds, linens, pillows, & towels were wonderful. It has that great balance between having everything you need, but not being overstuffed, plus it’s nice, but not pretentious or dainty. In fact, out of over 20 places we’ve rented across various agencies, this may be the best set up rental we’ve encountered,..and the tall ceilings, big windows (with a view of the mountain range), & open floor plan made everything feel spacious & light. It was also nice having an extra bathroom on the first floor, & a big,high-end washer & dryer in the entry area off the garage. We only had adults this time, but as a parent, the open layout would be helpful since you can see your kids from almost anywhere on the first floor. The second floor has a big master bedroom with a lovely two sink bathroom (+ big walk in shower, & huge closet,) and two other nice bedrooms, with a full bathroom shower/tub that they share. All three bedrooms also have clothing bureaus and a nice desk/chair. On top of all of this, the owner was very nice & communicated well. She also left us some lovely shower amenities, a little surprise, & a helpful collection of household supplies to get us started for our 12 day stay.5⭐️stars!
