A Truly Exceptional Stay – Like Our Own Mini Ritz-CarltonFrom the moment we walked in, it felt less like a rental and more like a professionally designed model home or boutique luxury resort. Every room was beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings, tasteful artwork, quality bedding, elegant lighting, and thoughtful details that made it feel warm, relaxing, and incredibly welcoming. Even the hand soap was luxurious and smelled amazing—a small touch that perfectly reflected the care the owners put into every aspect of this home.The house was exceptionally well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms felt spa-like, and every space was both beautiful and comfortable. We found ourselves commenting throughout our stay on how much we loved the decorating and attention to detail.One of our favorite features was the location. Being an end home on a quiet cul-de-sac made it feel very private, and the backyard overlooking green space with no rear neighbors is something you rarely find in The Villages. Ironically, we came to The Villages to look for a home to purchase, and this rental raised the bar. We kept saying, "If we can find a house that feels like this one, we'll be thrilled." If you're looking for a peaceful, beautifully appointed home that feels far more luxurious than a typical vacation rental, don't hesitate to book this one. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without reservation.

Awesome stay

We were visiting my parents in the Villages and this VRBO was perfect. It was against a greenbelt space which provided peace and quiet. The home was furnished and decorated beautifully and was very enjoyable. The only drawback was that my back did not like the softness of the beds.

Perfect house for our short stay at the Villages. Very clean. All amenties (towels, etc.) as described. Attractive furnishings. Nice lanai. Just as described in the listing.

Much needed solo get away

The property was just beautiful. So well appointed and comfortable! Just what I needed for my get away. Best part was working with the owner Mike. It was a last minute decision and he took care of everything perfectly. I would highly recommend his property. It’s so close to everything making the location just perfect

Amazing House!

The pictures of this house do not depict how beautiful this house is!! Mike’s house is so well equipped we had to do a little rearranging to fit our groceries into the cabinets! Do yourself a favor and book this house!!

This is an excellent property in every aspect.Felt very much like home.The host Mike is quick to respond to any inquiry and very pleasant.He even added a sports channel to his TV package while we were there.We are already going back to this property in April .

Great house, great area

The Villages is such a clean, pretty area it almost feels like it’s out of a movie. House was great, and hosts were very responsive with the couple of minor hiccups upon arrival. Would recommend.

Fabulous Home

We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful home. Mike was a GREAT host and made sure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. We really enjoyed the lanai, and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Great location to golf, restaurants, shopping and swimming. When we return to the Villages, this will be the home we rent.

Hill St Heaven

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had from the day I booked the house until we left. Everything in the description was 100%. Plenty of supplies, cooking essentials and condiments. I love the online book you download after you have booked the house. Everything you need to know at your fingertips. So organized. The view from the lanai down to the pond is so relaxing. Many beautiful birds to watch. We also had a large turtle visit us in our backyard. Beautifully decorated. The TV is outstanding. I would stay again next year but it's already booked.

"Heavenly" Hill Street Haus

Hill Street is absolutely heavenly! Rarely do we find find accommodations which exceed our expectations, as this home did! Cleanliness is most important to us and the home was spotless. The exterior and interior design are magazine worthy! The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry are thoughtfully stocked for the shrewd traveller and with luxury in mind. The home sits on a corner lot with peaceful views of nature from the lanai, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. We made use of the golf cart, too! The neighborhood was fun to explore in open air style. We are so thankful to have found this perfect gem! The owner was very responsive, kind, and professional. He made the rental process a pleasurable experience. We highly recommend the Hill Street Haus.
