This large one-bedroom condo will be enjoyed by your family after you pass past the foyer! Complete-sized appliances can be found in the kitchen, which also has an incredible big terrace with views of the beach that's excellent for enjoying morning coffee or late cocktails. The apartment's full-sized stove, microwave, and refrigerator will be quite convenient for you.

This room does not allow smoking. Only the approved sites outside the resort are open to smoking. We ask that you not smoke inside the condo or on the balcony.



This is not a hotel room; it's a privately owned property. Just like you would your own house, please. We will try our best to resolve any concerns as quickly as they arise, but please be aware that there is never-round-the-clock staff on site.



NOTE: All bed linens will be pre-packed when visitors arrive at the apartment to guarantee that they are changed and cleaned after each guest checks out. The present guests are not allowed to make their own beds with the freshly packaged linens on top of the bed.



NOTE: ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT, NOT CATS. THE RESORT ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS EACH, WEIGHTING 25 LBS.

My friend and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. The view from the balcony was spectacular, the unit was the perfect for us and the dogs had a great time! I would recommend this property to anybody!

We liked location - ocean front and pet friendly We disliked- unit wasnt clean when we arrived sent son to clean our unit at 1030pm. Unit needs a good deeo cleaning was very dirty. Heat in bedroom was broken and only had heat in living area had to use a fan to circulate heat.-Everything including kitchen pots and pans was dingy. When we arrived our unit hadnt been cleaned and pillows and blankets on couch still with head prints on pillow. We will not rent again.

Weekend Stay

Location was good condo itself was good only thing i can say is one of the beds the the bottom corner is broke and leans, the stove needs updating and just overall the condo just needs a refresh. Overall our stay was good they did allow are pets with no charge which was awesome. The place overall is nice, pools were great and being right on the beach was wonderful. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great experience!

We loved our stay at Ocean Park Resort. The condo is very comfortable and the balcony experience overlooking the ocean is unbelievable. The grounds and interior of the resort are squeaky clean. Highly recommend.

Oceanfront beauty

Found an oceanfront condo that was pet friendly for winter break. The place was exceptional! Clean, comfortable and convenient to everywhere. Perfect place for a quiet getaway! Recommend this and will look into it in the future!!

Terrible experience. There are so many details to explain and say but we are limited short amount of characters. Save your money and book elsewhere where. This was a disgusting condo and weren’t able to use the pools. Lastly, two major leaks that leak constantly in bedroom and living room.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay!!

Everything from beginning to end was so pleasant. Everytime I had a question, I received a prompt reply. The property was clean and all staff was so nice and helpful. Our condo was absolutely perfect. My family of 6 had plenty of room to relax. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean and tidy. The view was gorgeous and we were just a few steps from the beach. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Myrtle Beach. Cannot say enough good things about this property!!!

Beautiful view but terrible area

Room was not bad but never experienced such a bad area. Woman passed out on the verge of an overdose on the other side of the pool wall. So sad the views are so beautiful but the area has gotten so bad. Unfortunately, this was our first Myrtle Beach trip and will by far be the last. It's understandable that the checkin process has to be so over the top with sending pictures etc. Scary experience :(

Atlantic Views, Unfortunate Stay: A Review of Our Oceanfront Experience

If you’re booking for the view, this place nails it—unobstructed Atlantic Ocean scenery that’s truly stunning. Unfortunately, everything else falls short. The check-in process with Big Fish Rentals was frustrating and overly complicated, delaying access for two hours after an 8-hour drive. Their system kept saying our verification wasn’t complete, despite confirmations.Once inside, the condo showed clear neglect: broken lamps, damaged blinds, missing fan covers, sandy floors, and a Murphy bed with an unstable headboard. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with mismatched utensils and a broken fridge door. The bedroom TV didn’t work at all.Customer service was unresponsive during our stay and after. We followed all checkout instructions, yet days later saw an unexplained 100 charge—with no reply from Big Fish.It feels like the deposit system is more about funding repairs than protecting the property. Great view, but beyond that… not worth the headache.---Extremely disappointed

If you enjoy drainage issues, then this is the place for you! The shower drain backed up immediately and the AC unit creates a lake in the bedroom 24/7. We contacted maintenance within 1st hour and his remedy was a plastic cup and a towel. Told us nothing he could do about the shower, "it's just a slow drain". Literally mid calf water for your showers and had to run the dryer hours a day to keep up with the sopping wet towels. Also, maybe worse than that was the crazy requirements from the owners to even check in. Every bit of personal info I own, including my signature on a blank piece of paper. Holding over my head checking in timely. Will not ever be returning. No thanks!

Perfect view / location / amenities provided /as described

The property and location was great. It's pet friendly , but you can't hear any other pets or your own from outside of the room. All pools and spas were open and it's the off season. The room itself superb. Exactly as listed. It is very lighted. No curtains to shield the sunshine , which we didn't mind but some might. Everything was clean, smelled good, as pictured. The Murphy bed is a little rough to sleep on , just outdated and well used. The beds in the room are amazing tho. Everything worked except the front eye of the stove. Towels and linen provided. In room washer and dryer. Plenty of dishes and utensils. We even had a pizza cutter. Very clean. Very as pictured. Very deserving of 10/10 rating. I had no issues staying in promt contact with them, for everything , through all steps. My only concern would be with the balcony. It has a missing rail , which made for a large gap. Not the safest for pets , BUT, literally the only downside. Provided cleaning supplies too ! We didn't need to bring a single thing but ourselves, beach towels and belongings for the trip. Would stay again !

Never again!

Could not stay, I did not feel safe where the running heat/air conditioning unit was leaking under and a large puddle in front of with wet towels shoved up against the wall under said unit. Was told to wipe it up with the blue & white striped towels that it was a HOA issue that had not yet been fixed. Also the plug was close to the floor next to the puddle. Years ago in Northfield, OH people died due to a faulty heat/air conditioning unit in a hotel. I stressed my concern and was told the owner was sorry for our inconvenience. I responded that I was vacating the unit and would not be returning due to safety issues. I also sent many texts to Big Fish Rentals to no satisfaction. I would like a refund of my full payment for the unit as I spent less than 3 hours there. I will never recommend Big Fish to anyone. I am a 100% dissatisfied consumer. This situation ruined my vacation!

1) The access code to get into the unit was not received on time. It was not received until after reaching out to both the host and VRBO at about 4:35 pm. 2) The heater plug as well as the outlet it would be plugged into in the bedroom were severely damaged and unusable. I also think this is a safety concern as per the picture I sent previously and will include in this review if able to do so. Fortunately, someone came to fix it shortly after it was reported.3) the sliding door to the balcony was not functioning correctly as type latch to secure it closed was missing and the door would not close completely. We experienced below freezing temperatures, high winds and snow during our stay making the broken door a key factor in our discomfort.4) The unit was shabby at best; fraying torn curtains not correctly attached to the traverse rod so they could not be closed. Also the woodwork and the corners of the floor were very dirty.
