Newly built Myrtle Beach vacation rental with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeping 10. King primary suite with a private balcony, a queen guest room, and a second guest room with two full beds. Queen air mattress in the living room. Private patio with a gas grill, a private garage, and additional driveway parking. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a WFH desk, and a fully stocked kitchen. Pet-friendly, family-friendly, and just 2.5 blocks to the beach.


Parties and events are strictly prohibited at all Royall Stays properties. Serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances. This is a pet-friendly Myrtle Beach vacation rental — please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet so the pet fee can be applied and your stay properly prepared. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM in respect of our neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including the balcony, patio, and garage. Violations of any house rules may result in additional fees or early termination of the reservation without refund. By booking, guests agree to the Royall Stays rental agreement, which will be sent prior to check-in.

Stayed here for a last-minute beach trip with my pups. Host was always quick to get back to me and accommodating. The place is convenient to the highway, the beach, and has plenty of good restaurants around it. The highway is right there as a heads up, but it wasn’t too noisy. I liked having the garage to park my car in when I wasn’t driving it I’d stay here again, it was very comfortable.

First of I just want to thank you for the opportunity to utilize your space for me, my family, and fur babies. We had an amazing experience during our stay. The location was perfect for walks, access to stores, dining, and travel. I really enjoyed the decor in each room. The space was nautical and airy. All the appliances worked very well including the grill. The beds were comfortable, utilties worked well and no complaints regarding the smell. We will definitely love to use this space for future trips. The only concerns we had during our stay was the consistency of clealiness and sanitation, and additional bedding. The mattresses and sheets in the double beded bedroom were stained (possibly blood) and other fluids. The disherwashed carried a mildrew smell and the middle bathroom shower curtain also carried a mildew smell. I was able to rid the shower curtain of the mildew smell, however it may be time to change it. Also the one of the beds from the double bedded bedroom did not have a comfort and there were no extra bedding (sheets or blankets) for substitution. Overall we loved this place!! Thank you again.
