Top Floor w/ Mountain & Ski Slope Views, Ideal Location in River Run Village

Top floor, open concept studio sleeps 4 across a Queen sleeper sofa and Queen bed. Upon entering, guests will be greeted by a full kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a full refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and cooking utensils you would find at home. Guests also have a crockpot, hot water kettle, electric kettle, new pots and pans and wine glasses. The breakfast bar seats two and the dining room table has room for four.

In the living room, the guests have a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu as well as dish satellite and Blu-Ray DVD player. It is equipped with new furniture, carpet and vaulted ceilings which create a large space. The gas fireplace creates a welcoming ambiance. The balcony is next to the dining table and overlooks River Run village, an ice rink with mountain and slope side views.

The dedicated Queen bed is on the far right corner from the front and the Queen sleeper can be used with ease. The guest bathroom is located near the front with a shower/tub combination, hair dryer and clothing rack.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Well stocked, good location to walk to gondola and all the restaurants/shops along the plaza. Convenient underground parking with lots of luggage and shopping carts for loading and unloading. Nice having two hot tubs with different temps, one hotter than other. Nice having multiple exits and restrooms on the main level. Enjoyed the top floor balcony too

Location was great. However it was definitely close quarters for a family of four to pull out the couch nightly. The recliner is indeed broken, and kind of in the way. Bedside tripod lamp also missing a leg. Could have used a bedside table on that side. We also were unable to use the fireplace, we think the pilot light was out. Kitchen was sufficient and clean, shower was nice and hot but not very strong. One elevator broken.We love Buffalo Lodge but will try to avoid a studio situation again if we can.

Extremely convenient, very clean, loved the fireplace. The key pickup is in a different spot, so if you are using a shuttle, you'll need to let them know. Would love to stay here again!

Great Property

Located steps from ski lifts and restaurants in Keystone. This was a great place for a ski vacation . The unit was very clean and the bed super comfortable. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view of snowcapped mountains outside the balcony of our unit, watched the sun set over the mountains followed later that night by venus and the moon. Short walk to variety of restaurants, outside live music, and the gondola.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
