The downstairs garage area is such a bonus...the ping-pong table was a hit with our teenage boys! The beach cruisers were so great to ride all around town.The house has everything you need for the beach....a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie/skim/surf boards, etc. The house itself is clean, has stylish decor and a great open kitchen/family room with beautiful views. One thing to note, the King bed is not in the master bedroom. The master bedroom (which has a bigger closet and it’s own private bathroom) has a queen bed. The two other bedrooms share the hall bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has a King bed. Not a deal breaker, but good info to know.

We LOVED having the bikes because both eh town and beach are perfectly located to the home. We also loved being able to use the surf boards and beach chairs. It made the stay so much easier to enjoy.

The garage is an added benefit with ping pong and foosball in addition to bikes and beach equipment, especially on rainy days. Just a tip, the most comfortable mattress is in the first bedroom, not the primary. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place, perfect location!

The place was spotless upon arrival. The location was directly across from the beach. The place was stocked with beach chairs, cooler, bikes and surf boards. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Exceptional stay!

Very few times is a place actually better than the photos, but this one is. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The furniture is comfortable and well laid out. Having a washer and dryer made everything so easy. And the hosts have fully stocked the garage with everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, boards. Communication with the property manager was superb. He even helped me deal with a non-property-related problem. I would highly recommend this house to my friends.

Amazing place

This was a great place for my family. Everything was new and super nice! I would highly recommend it if you want to be in Hanalei and close to the town and beach. We had everything we needed for cooking which came in handy for our toddler. The space has been very well thought out and you are provided with plenty of beach beach gear! 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful Hanalei views

Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath ADU with all of the necessary beach gear (e.g., chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, etc). What we loved most about the stay is the proximity to the beach and to down town Hanalei. This made it perfect for a choose your own adventure each day. The views from the porch were spectacular as well.

Wonderful Stay in Hanalei

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 2 magnificent weeks in Hanalei while staying at the newly renovated Camp Magic. This was our second stay at this property and won’t be our last! The home’s many large picture windows provide an abundance of natural light and amazing unobstructed views of Hanalei Bay and even waterfalls( from the kitchen window). We loved the vibe of this tastefully decorated and beautifully remodeled home and especially enjoyed: the views, location, comfortable stylish furniture, new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring, A/C, surf/boogie boards and beach cruisers. We appreciated the close proximity to the Bay, grocery stores, restaurants and shops in town and easily walked (or sometimes chose to bike) to all. Our favorites include the Dolphin Restaurant for the freshest and tastiest sushi and seafood (swordfish blew us away), Hanalei Bread Company for morning coffee, breakfast and smoothies, and Tahiti Nui for the live music and Mai Tais. Management responded quickly to answer our questions and address any maintenance issues. The owners of the home live behind this vacation rental and are the loveliest people. Hanalei Bay is a beautiful, magical place and we loved our second stay at Camp Magic even more than our last! Mahalo

Amazing rental in Hanaeli

This rental was great. We loved our stay here. The location couldn't of been more perfect, so close to everything...the beach and the town. Very comfortable beds, really well stocked with everything you need plus bonus things you didn't know you needed...ping pong table. This was the best vacation to Kauai we ever had, we will be back.

Favorite house in our favorite place

This is the 5th house we’ve rented in Hanalei Bay, and by far our favorite. The location is perfect. A few minutes walk to the beach, and a few minutes to town. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We biked, boarded, and in our down time had ping pong tournaments! Hanalei Bay is our favorite vacation spot, and the rental made us feel like we were home. The only thing that could have made it better is if we stayed longer! Mahalo for sharing your special property.

Great House, Great Location

We had a lovely time and found the house perfectly suited for both adults and kids. Well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, lots of beach toys—we wanted for nothing! Perfect location with a beautiful view, and easy walk to restaurants, shops etc.

Mahalo hanalei bay

Our family stayed here and had a great time. The rental was great. My kids are 12 and 9 and loved surfing here. If you come in February just remember to be patient with dinner plans. Not a ton of places to eat in hanalei bay.

Great Location

Be aware that there is a significant flight of stairs to the front door - so you'll be going up and down a lot. There is a bit of a view of the ocean from the main room, but no lanai.

Great family vacation home

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens) had a wonderful week on the North shore. The home is well equipped with everything you could need for a great time at the beach, and we enjoyed the game room with several intense ping pong tournaments. The deck is small, but you can see the ocean and mountains from with both sunrise and sunset views - hard to beat!
