8th Birthday Celebration for my son

We booked this location to have friends travel with us to celebrate my sons 8th birthday! We went to LegoLand and Disneyland. The home was nice just as explained. I think that it would be good to listen the set up for the listing on the page. For example, which rooms have bathrooms and which do not, bathrooms connected to rooms and not. Due to the amount of people we needed more paper towel. There are no blinds in the kitchen door so at night if the light is on, you can see in the home. The home is really nice and we had a blast.

Beautiful property close to amenities

Overall the property was beautiful. The property manager was very quick to respond if I had any questions. The property had enough room for 20 people with no issues. Large kitchen. More beds than listed which was nice, the beds were rock hard though and made sleeping difficult. Some of the rooms that listed had queens had bunk beds instead. I rated cleanliness a 3 due to the pantry being dirty. There were crumbs left all over from old food that didn't get cleaned. Some other things were dusty around the place. There were multiple wall that were patched and not painted or walls being smudged and cobwebs throughout the house. It states there is a 2 car garage. We had a Chevy Malibu and a Ford edge both couldn't fit in the garage at the same time. When it was time to finally get the address and the check in info there were a lot of house rules that weren't stated in the listing. In the listing it also stated there was a separate space on the property that wasn't part of the booking. We figured the owners lived on site. This isn't the case it's a separate booking that others can book. We had someone book it at the same time we were staying there. The walls are pretty thin we could hear them talking normally. The driveway is pretty small so we had issues with parking and trying not to be in each other's way. Otherwise the house was beautiful and we had a great weekend with family. Thank you for hosting.
