The host, Shauntelle was amazing in communicating and preparing us for the ideal home for our family reunion. So conveniently located, enough space for everyone to spread out. She was even able to help us accommodate our small dog.

We rented the whole house (plan A and B) for a group of 24 adults and 2 toddlers. Our family had a wonderful time staying at the beachfront house. The house had enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The host, Shauntelle was very accommodating. She provided extra bath towels, beach towels, and Keurig coffee pods during our stay. The air fryer in the upstairs kitchen was very convenient to cook in. The house was super clean and had everything we needed, including a canopy and beach chairs. The location of the house is within a short walking distance of Balboa pier, the ferry, restaurants and beach activities. We would come back to Newport Beach and definitely stay at this beach house again for our family gathering. Shauntelle, thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home! From the very beginning, Shauntelle was absolutely amazing. She was warm, welcoming, responsive, and incredibly hands-on throughout our stay. She even personally gave me a tour of the property and made sure our large group had everything we needed to feel comfortable.The location could not be better, the property is directly in front of Newport Beach, with the sand and ocean just steps away! Restaurants, shops, activities, and other local attractions are all within easy walking distance. There is also a free tram stop only a few steps from the house, which made getting around the area even more convenient.This home is especially perfect for large groups and families traveling with children. We loved being able to walk everywhere without constantly loading the kids into the car. The combination of the spacious property, clean area, incredible location, and Shauntelle’s outstanding hospitality made our trip truly memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had such a great stay! We were traveling as a family—9 adults and 2 children—and this home worked incredibly well for all of us.The location was perfect. Being so close to the beach made it easy for everyone to come and go throughout the day and really enjoy our time together. The house was very clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how well stocked it was—we never felt like anything was missing.With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, everyone had their own space and privacy, which made a huge difference with a family group our size. And the beds were incredibly comfortable!Shauntelle was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. We had one small issue during our stay, and she took care of it within an hour.Most importantly, this was a place where our family could relax, spend time together, and enjoy a really memorable beach vacation. We made some great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for families or larger groups!

We loved this house right on the beach. It’s modern & clean. There were 22 of us in our group and we all fit comfortably. The hostess was fantastic to work with. She called a few days before we checked in to explain what to expect when we arrived, and that helped everything go smoothly. The house is within a short walking distance to the Balboa island ferry and has lots of great eating options close by.

The 7bed and 6 bath house was perfect for our family getaway this past week to kick off the summer. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Foot steps to the beach, pier and restaurant. Shauntelle was great with making sure we got everything we needed. There's plenty of dine ware and cooking items. Bathroom was nice and newer. Beds were real king size Beds. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out through out the house.

We just wrapped up a wonderful week at this property with 12 adults and 12 children. We rarely find a place that can accommodate all of us, and this felt so roomy – especially beneficial were the six bathrooms!I can’t say enough good things about Shauntelle. She went out of her way to take care of us, providing some extra amenities that would have been difficult for us to haul in our vehicles. She communicated with us leading up to our stay, and the virtual walk through upon arrival worked out great.The location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and walking/biking on the boardwalk. We were able to park 3 vehicles at the property, with a fourth nearby on Balboa Blvd.I highly recommend this property for your beach vacation – we had an absolute blast here!

We had a great time this past weekend. Shauntelle is wonderful! Great communication and VIP service. I have a small business so I appreciate the high level of service and Shauntelle is a pro. View form the balcony is great, parking is right in front of you, shops close by. The house is so roomy with so much space and so nice that there are six bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thanks for making our stay so great and relaxing, Shauntelle.

The house was wonderful for our large family reunion. It was wonderful having 2 kitchens and 6 bathrooms. We had 21 people. Shauntelle was a fabulous hostess who gave us VIP care. The beach there has perfect waves perfect for boogie boarding.

We had a blast. We had 27 people with us and a frenchie and had plenty of room. Rooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped. View from top balcony was great. The host was very informative. We had a small issue with a couple of fans and she was right on it. Washer and dryer available but quarters only!!! So many stores , restaurants ,playground and soccer field walking distance.Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here if visiting New Port again. Thanks again!

We had an incredible stay at this oceanfront Newport Beach home while attending our daughter’s wedding. Shauntelle was exceptional—proactive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful—making everything seamless from start to finish.The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and easily accommodated our group of 13. The beachfront location was unbeatable—we even hosted a catered brunch for 80 guests just steps from the beach house, which made for a truly special and stress-free celebration.The virtual check-in process was incredibly helpful, it walked us through the home’s features and allowed us to settle in quickly and focus on the event. Her local recommendations and VIP concierge services for dining, shopping, and activities elevated the experience to a true resort-style stay.Without a doubt, this was the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend both the home and Shauntelle’s outstanding service.

Property was furnished with everything you might need. Shauntelle was very responsive when I had questions, did a great job with the welcome tour and called during the stay several times to see if there was anything we needed. Area was great for the grandkids and great grandkids. Views from the upper deck were great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Additionally, it can accommodate large parties and there is ample parking around the property, which can be hard to find in Newport Beach.
